"2 nights accommodation whilst Salmon Fishing on the Findhorn. The hotel was ideal - rooms clean and comfortable with a full size kettle. Breakfast was great - we also ate Dinner on night one and the quality of the food was superb. All in all - a good solid choice with no drama just decent service. Well done Ramnee."

"Booked this hotel as a brief sleepover as my husband was taking part in the BYU. When we arrived at 8.45pm this kitchens were closed, which was a real disappointment as the food smelled wonderful. Not their fault we were later in arriving though but between the smell and the bar's aesthetic, I was sorry we couldn't experience it. When we arrived a young man who had actually finished his shift began to help us check in, which I thought was above and beyond and very kind of him. Faruq (apologies if I have misremembered your name) then stepped in to help. He was also kind, courteous and attentive, explaining that they had just recently bought over the hotel after offering to carry my bag up the stairs to room 5. That was also a nice touch and appreciated. The room was very pleasant, and I liked the fact that the bed sheets actually smelled freshly laundered. The only thing that needs mentioned as needing attention is that both the lamps that we used in the room flickered worryingly when first switched on. We didn't see any staff in the morning to report this (we used the key box) so hopefully these reviews are monitored so this is picked up on. My husband would have appreciated milk pods/sachets being supplied with the refreshment trays in the room - he's not a black coffee drinker, and also commented that the biscuit selection was tasty!"

"Den här stora huset är definitivt en stor överraskning under resan.  Husägaren har en 78-årig familj och har en häst, och han har en häst som kan rida 24-mils, och han har kommit ut och sagt att han kan prova oss.Han köpte det här huset för tio år sedan och tog tre år att dekorera det. När man är ett familjehotell, är husets nya dekoration helt utan en gammal husets förfallna känsla av ljud, utan golvslang. Sanningen är att den stora huset är ett hotell, det är en liten liten upplevelse.  Det har skickats många bilder, det är verkligen vackert att inte göra det."
