However, the only downside was that even though I'd been staying there for a month and a half and was considered a long-term guest, the hotel only changed the sheets and blankets every three days at the very least. This was unacceptable, considering I hadn't paid a penny less. Why couldn't I receive the same treatment as short-term guests?"

"This trip to Sanbai House was definitely a surprise. The service staff contacted us in advance and waited in the parking lot to carry our luggage. They also upgraded to a lake view room, where you can see the sunset over the snow-capped mountains and the golden mountains illuminated by sunshine. The wooden cabin campsites and well-built campsites by Lake Yiremu are both outstanding. The rooms are very large and have smart toilets and bathtubs. All the service staff we met were very warm, friendly and of high quality. They even gave us natural souvenirs before leaving. I regretted that we only booked for one day. I will definitely come back next time I have the opportunity."

We booked a very spacious family room with a queen bed for us and two separate large beds for our children—the layout was perfect, offering more comfort than we’ve ever had on a ski trip. But where this hotel truly shines is its staff. They were absolutely outstanding! Every request was met with kindness and efficiency. They arranged a reliable daily driver to the ski resort, organized an unforgettable horse-riding trek in the snow with local guides (the highlight of our trip!), and booked restaurants for us, kindly overcoming our limited Mandarin. What really stood out were two moments of exceptional care: · A receptionist walked all the way to retrieve a package that was mistakenly delivered to another hotel. · When we forgot a rental ski helmet, they found a driver to deliver it directly to the ski resort. Super kind, attentive, and tremendously helpful: we couldn’t have asked for better service. "Staying at the Mu Tian Yuan Hotel for my ski trip in Xinjiang was an absolute delight! The hotel has a huge free parking lot and is really easy to find. It's only a 20-minute drive to the ski resort, which was super convenient. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming; they helped me with my luggage the moment I walked in. The rooms are furnished entirely with solid wood, and the smart toilet was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was spotless, and the bedding was pristine. From the balcony, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains. The backyard was a pleasant surprise, with snow-covered fir trees and swings – perfect for photos! I even saw the 'golden mountain' sunrise in the morning, and the starry sky at night was breathtaking. Plus, there's a lively and adorable Border Collie named Lucky who even cracks sunflower seeds! It was such a healing experience!"
