"The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, about a 40-minute walk from the city center. It's considered a pretty good hotel in Zamcaza. The service was very warm and welcoming; the fruit platter upon arrival was plentiful, and the breakfast was also good. The room was average, but the Wi-Fi speed was not ideal."

"We stayed in this hotel 3 nights. They don’t speak English even they say they do… (specially not night receptionist) At first look all is great. Would not book 4 separate beds any more but ok. (Kids from 4 years old are considered adult..) It is very clean. Toothbrush toothpaste and small shampoo bags are given. Handtowels as well. Shower is extremely hot! For 1 night great stay. More I would consider again. No cleaning during your stay. No new handtowels, toiletpaper or shampoo. Bathroom is very hot and smells no good ventilation after going to toilet. We had a cricket in the room.. could not get it out. No help from staff. When neighbor guest had a shower terrible noise in our room. There is a mini fridge but makes a lot of noise! When you want to go to the pool, be aware women only in the morning men in the evening.. kids till 8 years can go with 1 of parents but you need to pay per person… Not really nice if you are with your family… and one needs to stay in the room. This should not be charged for hotelguest only wellness treatments.. specially because you are not allowed together… and there are a lot of rules… Bed are good but for Europeans too small in length (husband is 1,85m could not lay straight)"
