"Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The free airport pick-up was on time, and the customer service was very responsive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a simple yet cozy design. No trace of smoke smell, which I really appreciated. They offer free self-service laundry, including a dryer and iron, which is a great bonus. Since I don’t have a China mobile number to scan and use the washing machine and dryer, the staff went the extra mile and helped me scan both. I’m so grateful for their kindness and assistance. Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, just a short walk to shopping malls and eateries. Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers!"

"Entering Lanzhou New District feels like arriving in a southern city. The city's rippling lakes and lush vegetation form an illusory contrast with the loess slopes along the way. The hotel is clean and bright, with a fresh smell. I would also like to thank the lady at the front desk for helping me upgrade the room. The halal restaurant next to the hotel has delicious food, which is a pleasant surprise. Will come again next time I pass by."
