"We had lunch while sightseeing in Gero Onsen. There are more tatami mat seats than table seats in the store, and I think it was good because I was able to eat comfortably in a spacious room. For the menu, we had a set meal using the local cuisine magnolia miso. After serving, you have to wait until the fire goes through, but I'm glad that I was able to eat the very delicious Hoba miso. The miso and vegetables/tofu go well together, and the rice goes very well ☆ The dish is healthy, including the side dishes, so if you want to eat meat, I think it would be a good idea to add Hida beef as a topping."

"As always japanese service is excellent, they are very polite and friendly. However, even with their exceptional service, it could not compensate for the poor quality of the hotel. I like the size of room, the view, and the service. This is by far the worst of my Ryokan or on-sen hotel experience. First, the hotel is so stringy since they offer very limited services in the service. There is no free water (no free drink at the on-sen that most hotels will provide after finishing bathing), no free skincare products (even in the public bath), no enough activities in the hotel (only cartoon room, table tennis and kid room). Second, the breakfast and dinner is very disappointing. Taste is ok but the quality and the quantity is very questionable why I would spend this much for these meals. Finally, they provides only 1 outdoor and 1 indoor on-sens for each male and female which is very unfortunate. The facilities need Hugh improvement. I would come back to Gero again but not stay in this hotel."

"Vi stannar med fem kvinnor över 20-åringar.Det är mycket vackert och buffémat också smakfullt.Karaoke tar en timme och en fotboll tar 30 minuter, så du kan skriva in namnet, boka och använda det.Jag är tacksam för att parkeringen är gratis. Men jag tycker att det är svårt att gå från stationen eftersom parkeringen och hotellets väg är mycket uppåtgående.Jag tror att det är svårt att gå till en butik som ligger ner.När jag ville gå till en butik som ligger ner parkerade jag bilen på den närliggande parkeringsplatsen och sedan åkte jag. Slipsar är många och har olika designer och är uppdelade i höjd."

"It’s a small Onsen with few rooms but that made our stay more relaxing and comfortable. Attentive services with an eagerness to explain everything to you despite the language barrier. The outdoor private Onsen was a plus that we enjoyed very much. The downside was the aged room and toilet we got. However, this was compensated by the food that was absolutely fantastic and unsuspectly filling 😋"

"There is no staff at the front desk, and there is no one to guide you to your room, so I thought they were efficiently staffing the minimum number of staff from the time you met to the time you returned (although this was not a particular problem). Dinner was very delicious. The appetizers are beautifully arranged with steamed abalone, chrysanthemum greens appetizer, salmon roe sushi and ginkgo nuts, simmered bowls made with white miso, sashimi, sweetfish grilled with yuzu miso, and roasted Hida beef, all of which have a good taste and are light in flavor. It was easy to eat, and I left out all of it. Both the rice and red soup were delicious. I also felt comfortable in the large public bath. It's not big, but it's not crowded, so you can reserve the open-air bath for yourself, and it's a good size considering the number of rooms. I still want to use it."

He will introduce you to nearby attractions and the breakfast is simple and delicious. There were a lot of homemade dried persimmons hanging outside the window. The elders invited us to try them.
