"My recent stay at the Hilton Hotel in Glendale was far from the luxury and comfort I expected from a Hilton property. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The lobby felt dated, and the overall atmosphere was far from welcoming. The room was a major letdown. The furniture was old and worn out, the carpet had stains, and the bathroom felt like it hadn’t been updated in decades. The decor was stuck in the 90s, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. For the price I paid, I expected a much more modern and well-maintained space. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The staff was unfriendly and seemed indifferent to guests' needs. When I asked for assistance with an issue in my room, I was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism. It felt like they couldn’t be bothered to help, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Glendale was a huge disappointment. The outdated facilities and poor customer service made it feel like a budget motel rather than a reputable Hilton property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be looking for better options in the area for future stays."

"Glendale is close to Hollywood and Universal Studios, and relatively safe. I didn't see any homeless people during my stay. Macy's and other shopping areas are a 10-minute walk away. Although it's not very large, it's sufficient for dining and shopping. A few complaints about the hotel: Two cups had cracked rims during my three-day stay, and the bathroom lacked a vanity mirror and lotion. Regarding parking, we parked in a public parking lot at the back. We paid by scanning a QR code. The parking lot and hotel have a negotiated rate of $30+ per day. The package price was slightly cheaper for three days. The parking lot has two levels, with separate entrances and exits for the first and second levels, and they are not interconnected. After parking on the second level for two days, I received a parking ticket. After speaking with the parking lot staff, I learned that my car was parked in a hotel-owned area on the first floor. Fortunately, the parking staff helped me clear the ticket after explaining the situation. I hope the hotel can provide this kind of prior notice in the future."

"We stayed there for 8 nights. There is a free breakfast which is good and decent. Free coffee is served in the lobby anytime. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. There are also many restaurants around the area and you won't be bored since The Americana and Target is just across the street. We will definitely come back and stay there again."

"The building is average looking with friendly manager. I had apartment 201 which was an upstairs unit. The white bedspread had stains on it, that looked like fecal stains from someone sitting on the white spread. The sheets were fine. The carpeting looked like it had not been shampooed in years. The sleeping area has two ceiling lights that were not working. Not so sure that the TV remote was working, but was able to work the TV using the on and off buttons. There were no light switches near the bed so I had to get out of bed to turn on and off the ceiling lights. The baseboards were very dirty and dusty. Spots on the walls. The headboard needed to be dusted. The bathroom had decent water pressure and sufficient hot water. The walls near the toilet and sink counter were full of spots. Spider webs on the side of the toilet walls. Ceiling exhaust fan was not working, and one light in the bathroom was out. Towels were clean but put on he racks not completely dry. In general I would say that the cleaning staff probably touches the obvious areas but does not pay attention to details. Even the lightswitch covers had a layer of dust on the top of the cover. I have pictures, but not going to spend anymore time on this review. Just want to warn future customers looking at this location."

"The room was clean except for the ceiling which could use a new coat of paint. The room smelled a bit musty. $200 for 2 nights is extremely expensive, but that must be due to the LA location. What is inadequate and not nice is that smokers have to stand right next to a garbage can because it is the smoking area."
