"The manager” Connie Hudson has a horrible attitude, no customer service and she treats minorities like they are less than and so does the old guy that told me “if i didn’t like it than to leave” after asking for new towels and for the tool to be cleaned. The workers Are miserable and treat ppl like the Cockroaches, the same ones they have inside of their hotel rooms. When I first got the room they tried to upcharge me. And after 3 weeks they wanted to change the rates again. They would come in and clean the room everyday and leave new towels. That changed after the 3rd week. Now they only bring towels twice a week and they don’t clean the room at all. This is a hotel. I pay to sleep here and come back to a clean room after working 14 hrs shifts. The phone in the room doesn’t even work for the entire 2 months that I’ve been here and neither does the internet. I ask for help they said they can’t do anything. I will be contacting BBB and gateway inn headquarters. And filling a formal complaint with your board"

"Chefen Connie Hudson har en hemsk attityd, ingen kundservice och hon behandlar minoriteter som de är mindre än och så gör den gamle killen som sa till mig “om jag inte gillade det än att lämna” efter att ha bett om nya handdukar och att verktyget ska rengöras. Arbetarna är eländiga och behandlar pl som Cockroaches, de samma som de har inuti sina hotellrum.När jag först fick rummet försökte de betala mig.Och efter tre veckor ville de ändra priserna igen. De skulle komma in och rengöra rummet varje dag och lämna nya handdukar.Det förändrades efter den tredje veckan.Nu tar de bara handdukar med sig två gånger i veckan och de rengör inte rummet alls.Detta är ett hotell. Jag betalar för att sova här och komma tillbaka till ett rent rum efter att ha arbetat 14 timmars byte.Telefonen i rummet fungerar inte ens under hela de två månader jag har varit här och inte heller Internet.Jag ber om hjälp de sa att de inte kan göra något. Jag kommer att kontakta BBB och gateway Inn huvudkontor.Och fylla i ett formellt klagomål med ditt styrelse"
