"On arrival, staff are so welcoming, and when arriving back from the wedding late in the evening, the gentleman was so welcoming and very complimentary. Room was very clean and tidy. Great location and free parking. Highly recommend"

"Great location, lovely walk around the lake and nearby woodlands. Staff are friendly and service is good. Rooms are outdated and could do with a lot of modernisation, unfortunately, is not even on par with some travelodges. Walls are hollow so can hear noise and voices from neighbouring rooms. Rooms are not sparkling clean, you will get what is expected of a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is just ok. Overall, if you’re looking for a stopover for the night and want to wake up to beautiful views then definitely book a room with a view and not the standard room which may end up overlooking the A2. We did however, book a lakeside room that was allocated on the second floor and the view was very nice indeed."
