"Easy check in check out. Location connecting to mall and in front of mosque. Clean and comfortable bedroom. Laundry service very good. Nice swimming pool and have a mini gymnasium and tennis court. I even use the fish therapy.
However internet connection not so stable. Housekeeping not so done in time even after 2 pm. Could also add another 1 treadmill in the gym."

"The location is near to maulana malik ibrahim and also masjid jami' gresik, the room is clean and comfy. The service is alright. Everything is simple but excellent."

"A good location, away from city but in the city. A mall just next door makes it more convenient. Spacious room, clean and comfortable.
Check in staff (two ladies) was great, quick and efficient. Check out was breeze (one male staff). Sorry I didn't get their names but all have been friendly.
Requested for clothes iron within minutes it was delivered, very fast service.
Buffet breakfast was plenty to chose. Staff very attentive. Had a great morning."

"Made a booking of 6 rooms on our recent family vacation at Hotel Horison GKB Gresik and it's the most memorable experience ever! Hotel service was excellent with friendly polite staff and hotel manager. Also delicious breakfast spread. Room is clean and hotel amenities is near to food stalls. Will definitely return!"

"Bagus juga untuk room yg di tawarkan , tapi dgn harga yg lumayan mahal tidak ada sabun Revil.dan hanya dapat batangan saja ( no good ) , hal yg sangat mengganggu ketika cek in adalah pertanyaan utk berapa org ( hal yg seharusnya tidak perlu di tanyakan , mau 1 atau 2 org di dalam kamar ya Tidak masalah karena sudah ada standarnya maximal.2 orang, pesan single.di beri double hanya gara2 utk 2 orang"
