"Vi bokades dag för dag, bokade dag för dag, anlände på kvällen och bokade för en natt. Vi väntade på andra våningen, fullt utrustad, det fanns ett kök med allt som var nödvändigt, med matlagning, en stor kylskåp, i badgel, schampo, handdukar.Vi var åtta personer, alla hade tillräckligt med sängar och allt annat.Mycket bekvämt. Jag var glad över husets renhet och på verandan. Wayfay fungerade perfekt. Två bilar sattes i garaget, placerades.Till borgom km 5, gå långt, på bilen ensam.På botten av vägen bakar man en läckra, varm, från ugnen.På vägen en grocery butik.Nära floden och vackra utsikter."

"Disgusting hotel with very rude reception management. They literally stole New Year’s Eve for me and my friends. They have organized “Gala dinner “ which has been everything but gala dinner. We had to search for other restaurant in order to feed ourselves. Group of 10 people who has paid 2500 Gel. We have been mistreated from the manager. Her attitude was unbelievable. I really want to speak with the owner to ask where he/she has found this kind of unpleasant staff member. After new years eve experience, she had audacity to woke us up with very laud noise and rude tone just because she knew we had dog and she assumed my dog messed up in the hallway . I would never go again in this hotel. I am not even talking about dirt and cigarette smell in the room. Half of the lights were not working i literally had to go to the other side of the bulding in my friends room just to have enough lights to apply makeup. Thanks for reception manager for being my personal Grinch 🫶"

"Disappointing Experience at Gudauri Lodge Not What We Paid For! We always choose our hotels carefully, expecting high standards, especially when booking the most premium room category available. Unfortunately, our recent stay at @Gudauri Lodge has been far from what was promised. We booked a room advertised as having three bathrooms, a spacious layout, and a stunning mountain view. However, upon arrival, we were given a smaller room with only two bathrooms and no view, despite the fact that the hotel’s website does not indicate any differences between the rooms in this category. To make matters worse: ❌ The front desk, advertised as 24/7, was unable to provide any real assistance. ❌ When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told they only work a few hours a day. ❌ Staff refused to provide the manager’s name, making it impossible to escalate our concerns. ❌ No viable solution was offered, despite our three-night stay and the significant price we paid. This is not the level of service one expects from a top-tier hotel. Transparency, professionalism, and proper customer service should be a priority. Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen that has all the necessary items you might need. ​The location is unbeatable it's very close to the first ski lift, which is a huge convenience for ski lovers. The hotel also houses one of the best Georgian restaurants, "Pasanauri," where you can enjoy delicious traditional dishes. ​As for the prices, they are very budget-friendly during the low season, and during the peak season, they are fair and appropriate for the resort. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the overall experience even better. ​If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment in Gudauri, Gudauri Hills is definitely the best option."
