"Jag rekommenderar Sindbad hotellet till alla som är intresserade av flera skäl, men dessa är de som stod ut för mig mest och gjorde min vistelse så speciell. Hotellet ligger i en så idyllisk plats, med flera pooler och en strand, samt en vanlig händelse medan bara en kort resa från både den gamla staden och Yasmin Hammamett, du kommer inte att hitta dig själv brist på alternativ både dag och natt. Personalen från receptionen till reningsbesättningen lyckönskade också besöket, alla problem löstes omedelbart och rummen renades i början av varje dag, vanligtvis medan vi var på frukost. Personalen som arbetar längs stranden hela dagen var också otroligt uppmärksam och snabb att hjälpa med allt också.Det viktigaste är personalen på Schahrazed (huvudbuffet) restaurangen som jag kommer att sakna mest. Jag vill personligen tacka Bilel, Aziz och Hafedh för hur glada de gjorde mig och min familj under vår tvåveckors vistelse, från att ha våra drinkar redo på bordet när vi anländer varje morgon och kväll till att vara så medveten om det lokala området och Vad vi kan göra, och även för hur mycket de kunde få oss att skratta och le längs vägen... dessa människor försvarar min tro på hur stor detta hotell verkligen är."

"Originally booked a 1 night stay, but as we liked it so much, we booked another night. Booked double room but was given twin beds. When asked for a double bed, the room was quickly changed. We would definitely stay here again. - The rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. They had all the essentials and more. - Very good friendly service and staff were accomodating and helpful. Welcomed with citronade drinks. - It is in a good location, not far from centre of Hammamet. - The breakfast was good. - They had Wi-Fi connection on every floor. - Rooms were generally clean. However, the floor could have been cleaner. - Better to have cards to enter rooms rather than keys "

"I stayed at this hotel for a week, and unfortunately it did not live up to its advertised 5-star standard. The room was old and outdated, and there was no air conditioning, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The fridge was also broken when I arrived and was never in proper working order. Another major issue was the lack of air conditioning in the dining area. It was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to enjoy meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was the highlight of the stay. However, I chose this hotel expecting a luxury experience, and it simply did not meet those expectations. Overall, I do not believe this hotel deserves a 5-star rating."

"Vi kämpade verkligen med tjänsten här.Jag sa att jag skulle gifta mig och jag har familj att bo hos dem samt familj spridd på andra närliggande hotell. Royal Azur är det enda hotellet som inte skulle samarbeta med oss för att tillåta gäster att komma in på hotellet.Vi stannade flera gånger vid frontporten och personalen på frontdesk skulle inte tillgodose våra behov. Bröllop är stressiga eftersom hotellet inte lindrade något av det och tillförde ytterligare stressnivåer.Jag kommer inte tillbaka hit."

"Our stay wasn’t what we expected. When we arrived, we first noticed the lampshade in our room was broken and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly. The lampshade was then fixed, but despite reporting the bathroom door to reception every day, it wasn’t repaired until our last day. The bathroom door was the biggest issue. It wouldn’t close properly at all, and there was no handle or lock on the door. Every time we used the bathroom, we had to push and hold the door shut ourselves because it just wouldn’t stay closed. This was really inconvenient and disappointing, especially as we reported it every day but nothing was done until the end of our stay. Another problem was the noise at night. There were constant loud squeaking, scraping and banging sounds coming from above our room, making it really difficult to get a good night’s sleep. It happened every night and made it hard to relax and sleep properly. The food was also disappointing. It was very repetitive, with the same dishes being served every day, so there wasn’t much variety at all. On top of that, a lot of the food lacked flavour and was quite bland. By the end of our stay, we were struggling to find anything different to eat. We were also surprised by the lack of basic amenities, especially for a hotel advertised as five stars. We went to reception because we realised we didn’t have any toothbrushes with us and expected the hotel to be able to provide them, but they couldn’t, so we had to go out and buy our own. There was also no toothpaste, soap, tea or coffee in the room. We would have expected basic extras such as slippers and an iron from a hotel claiming to be five stars, but none of these were provided. Another concern was the lighting in the corridor outside our room. There were no lights on in the corridor at night, making it very dark, creepy and, in our opinion, unsafe, especially for children. We were surprised that this wasn’t addressed, as it made simply walking to and from our room feel uncomfortable. The service from the staff was really disappointing. Whenever we asked for help, we were constantly being passed from one member of staff to another. One person would tell us to speak to someone else, then that person would send us somewhere different. It felt like nobody wanted to take responsibility or actually resolve the issue. As we had booked our holiday through Love Holidays, one of the staff members told us that someone from Love Holidays would come and speak to us about our concerns. We waited, but nobody ever came, and no one gave us any update or explanation. Instead of feeling welcomed, we were made to feel like strangers in the hotel rather than guests. We chose this hotel as part of a trip to celebrate our son’s birthday, so it was disappointing that our experience at the hotel didn’t live up to what we had hoped for. "I went to Dar Khayam Hotel with my son, his wife and their 5 kids aged 12-4. We were over 4 hours late arriving so was after midnight. Gave us 2 bottles of water per room (we had 2 family rooms booked). Had to take our own luggage up as only the one guy on duty. No problem. Got to the room and that was our first shock! Tiny for a family room. Bunk beds and 2 singles in a very small space, bathroom was a good size but shower over the bath!! Not so good for me as I'm 74 with bad knees! Ok I’d manage. My grandson 12 had to make up his own bed as wasn’t done. Then we discovered no air conditioning. Geez it’s like 24c in the night and for us Brits thats hot!! Next morning asked about air con told would not be on until 15th June. We arrived 2nd for 10 days. No good to us…..doomed to have sleepless nights. Animation team were absolutely brilliant. Could not fault them in anyway. Djo and Dragon were amazing with all our kids every single day. There was something on all the time from 10 am and a show or karaoke every night…excellent. Food was not the best especially if you were later going in. Did not cater for kids, well pizza was about the only choice. My daughter-in-law said you need to do chips and fair play they did every day from then on. Chicken was under cooked big time and it was the same old for lunch and dinner everyday. Did have prawns twice at lunch. Eating out in the area was very limited as nothing much in the area at all. We did New Medina twice but with 8 of us needed two taxis so made it more expensive but did it a couple of times and went to Jasmine and was good value and was really nice. Portions were massive. Was going to bed on second night when I saw this big thing speeding across the floor! Size of a 50p piece. Could not catch it so went to reception and they got someone immediately to come and they caught it. Then the Tuesday afternoon I went up to my room early and a huge cockroach came out of the bathroom. Back to reception and the cleaner came and caught it. I told her it was because the room wasn’t clean. Then on Thursday my grandson found another in the bathroom!! They were huge! My daughter-in-law caught it in a glass and covered it, marched down to reception and promptly handed it to the guy there. She said his face was a picture haha. Cleaning of my room was absolutely appalling and I was leaving 20 dinar a day tip for her. No mattress covers on the beds, however there was on the two singles by the time we left but not the bunk beds. Didn’t bother straightening anything or tucking sheets in. I was there on Tuesday afternoon and o cleaning hadn't been done in my room or our second one. Had to go and find her to ask her to clean. Well she pulled out the beds to change them but when it came to mopping to floor she did the bits with nothing on it. My dresser was never touched the whole 10 days and the Thursday I’d left a cigarette end in "
