"Om du inte stannar här saknar du verkligen ut.Platsen är bra.Rummen är exceptionella, oskenlöst rena, möblerade och utrustade med en mycket hög standard (vi stannade i rum 7).Pattra och Darryl är mycket välkomnande och vänliga värdar. Aviator bar med fantastisk utsikt över Eryri/Snowdonia är bra.Maten rekommenderas också, en mycket bra massaman och grön curry.Plats-visa mycket centralt, bara 50m från slottet.Vill vi besöka igen?Absolut."

"I arrived at the hotel early evening, it was in complete darkness, no lights on anywhere, not even the car park. It looked closed/shut down. A man opened the front door with just the reception light on, he struggled to speak English, I could barely understand him. He told me the hotel was closed and just I would be staying alone at the hotel with only him, which as a solo female traveller I was very uncomfortable and felt very venerable with this situation. He did not understand why the booking had been taken, even if it was last minute. There was no heating or hot water. When he showed me the room (not the one I had booked), it was much smaller, there were a couple of heaters. I asked if the hotel lights would be turned on to be told only the stairs lights would come on if I walked through, not that I would be walking through the hotel or car park in darkness on my own! I told the man I was very uncomfortable with this situation and requested a refund, he said he understood why I would feel uncomfortable but could not offer a refund. I have tried contacting the hotel to request a refund, I am still waiting for a response."
