"Foton från trip.com stod framför allt bilder av ett rum. Jag antog därför att vi hade det här rumet. Tyvärr hade vi ett rum på baksidan som såg mycket fattigare ut. ful utsikt, litet rum, gammalt, ljudbrist, varmt fönster som knappt kunde öppna. För dessa pengar fann jag verkligen ett stort slagsmål. Receptionisten hade inte hennes dag. Han kommer inte att gå in igen."
