"Not understanding the high ratings for this place—it's pretty ordinary. Office does not keep posted hours; I had to find another guest who knew what was going on to check in. Bathroom had a noisy fan that I could not shut off. If you're looking for a cheap motel in an extremely beautiful part of Ohio, this will fill the bill, but not much more."

"I booked it on-line through a discount site and it was worth the price. There was no one there when I went to check-in and I didn't realize that there was a lock-box on my door I thought it was on the office door and used the wrong one, after I contacted the owner that got straightened out. The room was kinda dated, but big enough to be comfortable. Everything worked and the bed was comfy. There was no coffee or breakfast available."
