"We booked a room with kingsize bed, unfortunately when we entered the room it was a twin bed. Highest compliment to check in staff who handled the matter nicely. No room exchange was possible as the hotel was fully booked, but house keeping will put the bed together and on top double topper. We had a great time at Atlantic, in sauna as well as restaurant and hotel bar. From the balcony of the bar we were able to enjoy the fireworks at Heidelberg‘s old bridge. We will always come back."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk from the main train station. All the staff I encountered were professional, helpful, and very friendly. The hotel lobby has a small shop, and in the evenings, many guests would buy drinks and snacks to chat and relax in the restaurant area, which was very pleasant. The hotel WiFi was also very good. The room was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet. There's also a self-service laundry area; you need to buy a special token at the front desk for 6 Euros, which allows for a 180-minute wash. Drying also requires a token, providing 100 minutes of drying time. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If I had to find a minor fault, it would be that the shower drain was a bit slow, causing some minor pooling."

"Stayed here for 2 nights on our motorcycle trip to Europe in June, we had booked the garage which was excellent. The location is great as it’s in a nice neighbourhood about a 25 minute walk to the old town along the river. The entrance is old and has information about the buildings historic past which is interesting, our room 104 was large , comfortable and had a lovely modern bathroom with a waterfall shower. Check in was quick efficient and very friendly, reception helped when my husband had heatstroke and needed more water this was much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent value with all staff being very friendly ( great choice if tea and a real pot). We ate at the restaurant attached and the interior was very historical with beautiful tiles etc, we chose to sit outside and the food was very good with large portions and quick service. The restaurant was popular with locals and had a good atmosphere, like the rest of the hotel the staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay and if returning to Heidelberg would stay there again."
