"It was a nice cozy hotel. Free welcome cocktail for each guest was nice surprise. Right by the ocean if you stay in the ocean view room. The balconies don’t have dividers between rooms on the first floor."

"We returned from the beach on day 2 of our stay and the room was hot and the air conditioning was not running. I called the front desk and the lady who answered said turn the unit off and wait for an hour as they freeze up? She said try that and she would call back in an hour to see if the air was working. From her attitude, I felt like I was interrupting her afternoon. Even though it made no sense, I turned the AC off and waited about 15 minutes and tried again. Still nothing. So I searched the premises and found the circuit breaker located in the next unit had been mistakenly turned off by a repairman. I turned it back on and got my AC back. The hateful lady never did call back to check on us. Needless to say she never lifted a finger to resolve our issue. The room was comfortable but we'll never go back."
