They had an infestation of cockroaches under our bed, -10/10 experience.
I want to start by saying that the woman was very kind and sweet, but I have my limits in what I can tolerate.
My first impression of the room was that it was very small, old, and shitty, but that's what we paid for, and we only needed a bed to sleep in and get a shower. I also saw a roach, and I thought, that can happen, not a big deal, and then we went out to see the city.
When we came back, I saw at least 6, one of them on top of the bed. I asked for something to kill them, she gave me a roach killer spray can, she apologized and said not to open the windows because they come from there, so we were supposed to sleep there with no ventilation?!
When I started spraying the roach killer I saw they were coming out non-stop from the foundation of the bed. I can deal with a small or dirty room, but this is beyond any limits.
So we had to find another place and move at 1 am.
We asked for a refund because we paid for two nights on trip.com, and they said they would not give us anything.
If you don't want your trip to be ruined, find somewhere else.
I cannot upload videos, but i sent to the hotel proof, of videos of bugs running around, and they didn’t care.

We had a wonderful experience! Nanay was our caretaker, and she was kind, attentive, and very reliable. She made sure everything was clean and well-prepared, and we truly appreciated her warm and caring presence. Highly recommended!

we got room at 6th floor instead of 14th floor, but the facilities are the same. location is very good, bus stop just in front of the building. you can ride bus A21 from and to airport. metro station just 1 min walk. the room is very small, but it's common in HK. bedroom and bathroom are super clean. they provide real towels too. overall it was a nice stay. the lady is also very nice and speak good english.

Great location, Room was not clean -- i saw cockroaches(forgot to take pic). AIRCONDITION IS TOO LOUD! NOT WORKING PROPERLY! TOO LOUD ALL NIGHT! Building outside is better than chungking mansion, lobby was clean. over all We had a wonderful experience! The caretaker made sure everything was well-prepared. The hotel was unresponsive and didn’t reply to my emails, even when I asked how to get there from the airport and requested a room with a window. They only contacted me on the day of our arrival.

Our room is bunk bed so we have more space for our luggage.
The toilet is very small, you have to stand in front of the toilet bowl and cant move much. The towel they provided is not new, it has some stain
The location is excellent. You can walk from the buildung just 10 steps on the left to the bus stop (A1 to airport) and on the right to the MTR. Its alsp surrounding by many shops i.e. 7-11, donki, sushiro, hash tag b and many more.
You can walk to the pier only 10 mins.

We loved our stay here! The room is clean and you‘ll have everything you‘ll need. It is situated very conveniently to explore HK.
I appreciated that they let us check in late since our flight landed really late. The contact via Whats App was very convenient, once you reached them. I would absolutely recommend everybody to stay here, what you‘ll get for your price is extraordinary.

they really do need to service the aircon more frequently. housekeeper was very nice and helpful, but would recommend to speak directly to platform agent (e.g trip/agoda etc) anything occurs because owner tend to push away issue.
location was very near to the MTR and quite alot of places to shop and eat as well.
enjoyed my stay overall.

I've stayed in one before but this looked definetly worst, floor was moving and the lady was using the wash mashine all the time and the next morning they came to pick up staff from one room at 7:00 am waking up everyone. Def. not for rest
