"Det är ungefär 10 minuter från tågstationen. Ren, fin utsikt om i utvalda rum. Ingen förklarade gymmet eller restaurangen så vi frågar andra kunder. De sa att de behövde det, men sa inte det när jag bokade det. Men jag skulle säga att det här är som en uppgraderad reselokal. Vi kommer att vara tillbaka för att prova mat som vi inte visste om det här tidigare, som nämnts. Bra plats för platser som dans österut eller fotboll"

"I stayed at the Muthu hotel for two nights with my husband, starting from March 21st, 2026. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was in a quiet location with a very comfortable bed; it was clean and perfect for a relaxing break. We also visited the leisure club and were very pleased with the facilities. We will definitely be back!"

"Vi har tränat på motorcykel här i Ipswich så vi har stannat på Novotel i två helger nu.Personalen har varit så vänlig och boende - vi har verkligen njutit av vistelsen.Att ha ett bad i rummet har också varit en behandling. Rummen är väl underhållna, ren och mycket bekväma.Vi har njutit av poolbordet och baren.Vi ser fram emot att komma tillbaka igen.Hotellet är också mycket bekvämt beläget."

"What an extremely pleasant stay. We arrived earlier than our check in time as we had finished early at a local attraction so just though we would see if our room was ready. Straight away meeting Suzi on the check in desk. She was super friendly and helpful. Luckily our room was ready so we checked I straight away. Suzi was lovely taking the time to talk with my 9 year old daughter about where she'd been and what we'd been doing on that day. We then proceeded to our room. As it very hot outside we were looking forward to a fully air conditioned room. Unfortunately the air con didn't seem to be working so we mentioned this to Suzi as we were off out to get some food. On returning to the hotel a male member of staff was now on the desk, unfortunately didn't get his name, but he informed us that the air con was indeed not working in our room, so they had already switched our room. We just had to move our things. Also he gave us a little bag and said Suzi had pit together a little children's goodie bag for our daughter. What a lovely touch. We had a perfects night sleep. The hotel was quiet, clean and smelling very fresh. If ever anyone is in this area I would recommend this premier inn. Suzi went above and beyond to help us, and also the other member of staff was also very friendly and welcoming too! We have stayed at many premier inns and the staff are usually very good but here they we have receieved 5 star service."

"We hired the whole guest house for a family get together. We cannot fault Lattice Lodge. Martin greeted us on arrival and showed us around and explained how to use everything and the local facilities. We found the whole guest house to be exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable and provided everything you would need whilst staying there. We all had a good nights sleep in the comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and we made use of the kitchen to make a full roast dinner for us all. We moved the table and chairs in the dining room to allow us to sit together as a family. The sitting room was comfortable with nice soft furnishings and everything you would need keep you entertained. Lattice Lodge is very well situated and we found it was an easy walk into Ipswich. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lattice Lodge and would highly recommend staying there."

"We were warmly greeted from the moment we stepped into the hotel even before we got to reception. A member of staff saw me struggling with bags (I didn’t see the lift sign) and offered to carry my bags. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable about tariffs and best deals for us."

"The hotel I chose temporarily was unexpectedly bad. The area around the hotel was under renovation. The shower in my room was broken, and the facilities were very old and dirty. To be honest, it's probably worse than the 7 days in China."
