"Den här vistelsen är lite missnöjd. Jag bodde totalt 7 nätter, varav fyra nätter bokades via trip.com. När jag bokade på webbplatsen visste jag tydligt att jag bodde på 8:e våningen, de andra 3 nätterna byttes mot miles, men samma rumstyp. Men personalen sa att jag bytte mot miles. Deluxe med hamnutsikt, inte Deluxe med hamnutsikt på övre våningen. Det var bara tillåtet att bo på sjunde våningen. Jag sa inga problem, jag ville inte byta rum efter fyra nätter, så jag sa att jag kunde bo på sjunde våningen. Men till slut fick jag fyra nätter på 8:e våningen och 3 nätter på 7:e våningen, vilket var riktigt tröttsamt. Det tog en timme att checka in, deras anställda var verkligen vakna. Till slut kunde jag bo i samma rum sju nätter i rad, men efter att ha bott där i fyra nätter upptäckte jag att det var problem med luftkonditioneringen och var till slut tvungen att byta rum. Faktum är att faciliteterna på detta hotell har börjat bli gamla, det här hotellet är bra om du har lågsäsong att bo på, om du bor under sommarlovet är det inte värt det, under sommarlovet minst 1200 till 1400 HKD per natt. Frukostbuffén är inte heller något speciellt, kanske mer för japaner."

"Location: The apartment is situated directly above an Izakaya restaurant, so expect strong BBQ smells and noise from customers. Access requires climbing at least 20 steps with luggage before reaching the second-floor entrance. Car parking is located about a 2‑minute walk away. Facilities: The entire apartment shows significant aging. The toilet basins have visible stains and rust. One of the bathrooms on the upper floor is located outside the apartment (on the rooftop or balcony), which is highly inconvenient. The worst issue was the blocked bathroom drain: wastewater overflow had rotted and collapsed the flooring over a long period, making it unsafe to walk in or take a shower. Wastewater from the basin even leaked down to the balcony—extremely unhygienic. Additionally, leftover building materials were scattered across balconies, the rooftop, and outside bathrooms. The photos provided on Trip.com are misleading compared to the actual condition. Communication: There was no response from either the housekeeper or the owner. Overall: We paid double the usual rate for a long weekend, but the apartment was not worth even a regular room rate. The poor condition and lack of communication made it uncomfortable to spend any leisure time here. Not recommended."
