"The shower drain didn't work so it was a nightmare to take shower, not really in the area for alot to do 25 min walk to main square. The hairdryer in the room didn't work so had to ask one from reception.
The free tea and croissant that they said you can take 24/7 was never anything available there.
Overall okay."

"Stayed at the Apartment, great space, fully stocked, easy instructions, great place to stay in central Brussels!! Most areas were with in walkable radius though we opted for a bus ride at a near bus stop"

"Don’t let the 3 star classification fool you. If I was told that this was a four star hotel, I would not question it at all. It had such a warm and cozy feel to it starting from the lobby area and up to the room during my student was a medium size one since I was travel solo But if you’re traveling as a couple, you might wanna get a bigger room. Was very friendly and helpful, the room, and the general areas were very clean, and the location was amazing. I have not tried their breakfast as I wanted to discover nearby places. Another plus was that you could open all the windows in the room to get fresh air. This was extra helpful as they had no ac in September. If you prefer cold room to sleep in, this might not be the right one for you around this time. Brenda at the lobby is very nice and Brandon at the lobby is very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay ay Hygge again."

"도심이랑은 조금 거리가 있지만 버스타고 20분, 걸어서 40분정도면 도착합니다! 시설은 딱 있을 거 다 있는 아늑한 숙소에요. 2인이서 머물기 좋았습니다. 다만 탁자에 먼지가 좀 쌓여있었고, 2박 동안 청소를 해주시는 줄 알았는데 따로 연락을 안해서인지 청소 서비스는 못받았네요,,ㅠㅠ 그래도 추천합니다"

"En av de bästa Ibis egenskaperna jag har bott på, är platsen extremt bekväm med busshållplatsen bara mot hotellet.Rummet var anständigt stor och ren.Jag åt inte på deras restaurang så jag kan inte kommentera mat. Rekommenderad definitivt för alla resenärer!"

"The room is a bit small but it is clean. Again Moxy style means minimalistic, just shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided and nothing else. There is self service coffee machine and tea bags on ground floor which you can use before 10am.
The hotel doesn’t accept cash for the deposit and city tax. I was worried about not getting my deposit back on my credit card after I checked out ( some people have this problem with other hotels) But it turned out to be over worrying, they only hold the credit amount when u check in, and in the end they just charged the city tax, the credit amount for the deposit was released. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Hotel is easy to access, I would recommend taking bus number 71(direction to Delta) outside central station (if you come from central station) and get off at stop Saint Boniface, the hotel is just 10 steps from the bus stop.
Lots of food stores, various kinds of shops, supermarket, laundry shops along the main road/ around that neighbourhood. All the major tourist attractions around Grand Place can by reached within 15-20mins by walk."

"Good size modern hotel right next to EU.
Beds are comfy. Great amenities with gym room and steam room.
Only problem was the shower that was really hot and water flowing out. Good that there is a bathtub option we can use instead."

The space
This is my home where I reside with my grown up children. It's a late 19th Century building with several original elements such as doors and door knobs still in place and an original wooden staircase. Some features like the bathrooms have been changed for comfort. As we welcome you into our space, we also request for utmost respect to make your stay and that of others enjoyable. We minimize noise, keep our environment spotless clean and also where feasible try to enjoy company of one another. We are located in the wonderful Ixelles-Bascule- Louise neighborhood.

Please send me a message half hour before arrival. I or someone else will be available to welcome you. In case we are not in, you will be provided with your own personal lock key code and given directions to check in.
