On the third day, I called the front desk to ask them to clean, but when I returned that evening, the room still hadn't been cleaned. When I called the front desk to explain, they were incredibly rude! Isn't daily cleaning your responsibility? Unbelievable! This hotel is truly bizarre. The hotel service is nonexistent, and it's unclean. There were unexplained bloodstains on the sheets, and the rooms weren't cleaned at all. My child was running around in the hallway at 6 AM, and they didn't care. There was absolutely no soundproofing. It's truly bizarre! Tourists, definitely avoid this hotel! I suggest choosing another one; this one is terrible! Also, when I asked the front desk for two bottles of water, they didn't have any, saying they would be placed in the room. If you don't even clean the room, where would the water come from?! This is the first time I've encountered such a bizarre situation."
