"The rooms were indeed more spacious than those in a business hotel, but the facilities were rather outdated, and there were no toiletries provided at the hot spring area. At breakfast, I saw other tables had hot pot beef or salmon, but why didn't I have any? There was only a piece of tofu in the pot... and a large fly even flew out. It's best to just experience it once in a while."

It is very attractive that parking is free at a hotel located downtown, and since there were not many guests, we were able to rent out the large public bathhouse. The sauna was not operating. The view from the large bath located on the top floor is also quite nice. The hot spring water quality is very good."

The main food and shopping street is also close. The only BUT is double bed. It’s really small. Two people can barely fit there, though photos make it look like normal bed. Otherwise, rooms are great"

"It's an old hotel, and the wooden furniture in the room is worn out. The front desk staff were very polite, but... the funniest part was the buffet restaurant. In all my travels to Japan, this is the first time I've encountered such an unfriendly attitude. I saw from the original description that it was meant to serve Chinese guests, but a young, thin staff member in the restaurant actually said they don't serve Chinese people (and with a very bad attitude). Even when I asked the front desk to intervene, it was useless. I don't know what Trip.com's legal team is doing; they just said there's no evidence. Anyway, I advise everyone to avoid this hotel. It's a shame the polite front desk staff were wasted. Although they apologized repeatedly when I checked out, the bad impression won't disappear. If you absolutely have to stay at this hotel, choose the Kaiun Japanese restaurant for dining; they are much more polite."
