"I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far in Cambodia. It’s located in a very central area, within walking distance to the main attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly and cools the room very well. There is a smart TV with internet access, and it runs smoothly without any issues. The reception staff are professional and helpful. They clearly know what they’re doing and are always ready to assist. The hotel also provides motorcycle parking. At night, security takes the motorcycles inside and places them back outside in the morning, which I really appreciated from a safety perspective. There is an elevator in the building, which is convenient. This is my second stay at this hotel, and they even recognized me upon check-in. Although check-in is officially at 2 PM, they kindly gave me my room at 12 PM. Hot water is available with no problems. My room also had a balcony, which is great if you want to step outside and get some fresh air. Both the room itself and the bathroom are quite spacious. The price is also very reasonable. Honestly, under these conditions, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in the Kampot area. If you’re looking for a clean, reliable, centrally located hotel without unpleasant surprises, I highly recommend staying here."

"I had a satisfying vacation thanks to the facilities and friendly staff that were better than I expected. Although it was not large, I enjoyed swimming with my family in the private pool in the form of a pool villa. The resort was located next to the river, so the view was great, and the free activity of water bike was memorable, and the riverside bike ride was also an unforgettable experience."

"This place was disgusting and I can not recommend it when comes to hygiene. In our first room, the ceiling of the room was full with mold, especially in the bathroom it was bad. That’s why the room smelled mold and we felt absolutely uncomfortable. When we spotted a cockroach under the sofa, we were done with this room. We asked for another room and got one pretty soon. This room was not much better. Mold was on the bed ending and it smelled mold again. The ceiling in the bathroom was removed. Also, we found two cockroaches (1 alive, 1 dead) and other vermin like ants. This was a very bad experience and we didn’t got much sleep due to the bad room conditions. I can definitely not recommend this place when you want be healthy when you leave!"
