Hotel Victoriya

"Hotel Victoriya has some clear advantages, but also disappointments. The staff is very friendly, the wellness area is beautiful, and the food was tasty. Our Junior Suite did not match the photos on the website. In reality, it was a spacious room with a seating area, but without extras such as a coffee maker or minibar/refrigerator, which you would expect with this room type. The website creates overly high expectations here. Upon arrival, the room was freezing cold and there were two thermostats without explanation, meaning it took hours for the room to reach the right temperature. The parking (€8/day) is clearly disproportionate for an unguarded outdoor car park and, given the location on the edge of the village, is clearly not worth it. The charging stations did not work for the entire stay, despite reporting this upon arrival. Conclusion: good service and facilities, but insufficient transparency and comfort for the price."

Både inredningen och yttret är vackert utformade med en modern, stilfull touch.Efter att ha renoverats för mindre än ett år sedan känner allt sig färskt, oförsvarligt och avslutat till en exceptionellt hög standard. Hotellet ligger också i ett vackert område med omfattande möjligheter till bergsturer, underbara sjöar och vattenfall.Vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka och stanna en dag och definitivt rekommendera detta hotell!"

"Perfect place to stay if you want to do activities by the mountains surrounding it. There's a great supermarket close by. Nice calm atmosphere. Everything in the rooms are completely functional and cozy, I like that it kind of feels like a cabin. My only complaint is the food, I don't recommend the the food at all as every baked good they had in the morning was always stale, I preferred to walk to the supermarket close by for breakfast instead. While the rooms are lovely I recommend bringing heavy Winter pyjamas even if you're going in Summer as the rooms are freezing at night, and the bed while extremely soft and comfortable is not warm enough."

"After a 2 hour drive from Salzburg, arrived at location and it was beyond expectations. The hotel staff were so helpful and kind. The room itself was large and beautiful. Gives a positive vibes. The view was amazing and sad that we only stayed one night. It is one that we would definitely return and stay at least 2 nights."

"En annan fantastisk vistelse!Vi älskade hotellet så mycket förra året att vi kom tillbaka för en längre vistelse.Hotellet är idealiskt beläget i Kaprun och är på gångavstånd till supermarknaden, apotek och restauranger.Det är också precis bredvid Alpernas kust. Det inkluderar sommarkortet som gav oss fri inträde i många aktiviteter samt en rabatt för zoo och stensökning, som båda barnen verkligen njöt av.Amazing stay, great spacious rooms, good breakfast. Jag rekommenderar definitivt en plats till familj och vänner."
