Even though the outside temperature was high, the room temperature was set to 29 degrees, so it was hot when I entered the room, but because it was centrally controlled, it did not turn on the air conditioner. The front desk responded immediately, but it did not turn on the air conditioner. I was also told that the bath would not be usable until 10pm due to construction work on the hot water supply system, but the front desk responded immediately and it was usable after 6pm. There were two problems, but the front desk responded to them, so although there were problems, it did not feel stressful. Thank you very much"
