"I had a very disappointing experience at Plaza Inn Kendari. The service was far below expectations—staff seemed unresponsive and not particularly helpful when issues were raised. Simple requests took an unnecessarily long time, and there was little sense of professionalism or hospitality. The facilities were also poorly maintained. The room did not feel clean, and several amenities were either outdated or not functioning properly. Basic things like Wi-Fi connection and bathroom conditions were not up to standard, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel does not deliver the quality it promises. I would not recommend staying here unless there are significant improvements in both service and facilities."
