Det finns också en kaffe nära supermarknaden där vi kan få middag under regnig dag.Vädersträcka till de berömda restaurangerna på huvudgatan om vädret tillåter, runt 1-2km. Hushållstjänsten måste förbättras, eftersom de glömde att tillhandahålla nya handdukar och utrustning efter att ha tagit bort de gamla.Frontskrivbordsservice/hushållning är 3-star hotellstandard, men det är acceptabelt för det vi har betalat. Det är verkligen värt att stanna här!"

"We stayed for 3 nights, and the hotel's views were absolutely stunning! The room was very comfortable, and the Southeast Asian restaurant by the pool had delicious food at reasonable prices. The front desk can help arrange taxis if you want to go out. We tried a local seafood stall once but never went back because the environment was so poor. After that, we just ate at the hotel, and we never got tired of it. The breakfast was also incredibly rich, with many local specialty dishes. The restaurant opens at 6:30 AM for breakfast, but if you need to leave early, you can pre-order a breakfast box to take with you, which is very convenient. Highly recommend!"

The entire resort is enveloped by lush tropical vegetation, meticulously preserving its original ecological landscape. Guest rooms and public areas are thoughtfully spaced, ensuring absolute tranquility – day and night, you'll only hear the gentle lapping of waves and the chirping of birds, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle. **2. Service: Attentive and Welcoming, Making You Feel at Home** The hotel provides a dedicated butler team for each guest. We were looked after by our room butler, Mr. Daniel, and his team throughout our stay. They maintained instant communication via a WhatsApp group (WA group), responding swiftly to everything from itinerary suggestions to daily requests. What truly touched me was when I experienced sudden abdominal pain; my butler proactively inquired and quickly brought medication, a level of care that went far beyond standard service. Upon check-in, welcome drinks, a special fruit platter, and complimentary mini-bar beverages were already prepared. At check-out, we even received handmade cookies as a travel snack – these thoughtful details highlight the hotel's meticulous care for its guests. **3. Activity Experience: Rich, Diverse, and Full of Rituals** The hotel organizes various activities daily: - **Ocean Exploration**: Snorkeling and boat trips are led by professional instructors, allowing guests to explore coral reefs and tropical fish directly in the hotel's waters. - **Signature Dining**: Sunrise breakfasts and sunset dinners combine gourmet food with natural scenery, creating a romantic ambiance. - **Cultural Experience**: Evening traditional dance performances vividly showcase Indonesia's cultural charm. - **Environmental Action**: Most unexpectedly, the hotel plants a tree in Bali in the guest's name and provides a photo, giving the trip a meaningful, sustainable dimension. **4. Overall Impression** From the quick check-in upon arrival and daily butler follow-ups to the seamless check-out process, there was no unnecessary waiting throughout our stay. The hotel infuses a human touch into a luxurious vacation – offering both the secluded feel of a private beach and the sense of belonging fostered by the enthusiastic team. A special thank you to Butler Daniel for his meticulous arrangements, which made this Komodo trip not only comfortable but also a memorable experience with a story to tell. "This was one of my favorite hotels in Indonesia! I paid extra to upgrade to a private pool villa, and the experience was superb. Absolutely no mosquitoes, and everything, both inside and out, was spotless. The service was excellent. Watching the sunset from the hotel's beach was also beautiful. For 1000 a night, the overall value for money was incredible. Such a shame I only stayed one night; I wish I hadn't stayed at Ayana instead!"

The staff was the most impressive – very welcoming and friendly. They are always ready to help, creating a truly warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was stable, allowing us to surf the internet without any hassle. A simple but filling breakfast was served every morning, and complimentary coffee was a big plus. Of course, there are some quirks typical of a budget hotel. For example, the courtyard isn't the most presentable, and some might find it unkempt. And perhaps the only inconvenience was the lack of a toilet cistern – we had to use a ladle to flush. Despite these minor issues, the overall impression of the hotel was very positive. Given the affordable price, this is a great place for those looking for a place to sleep without breaking the bank."

"A really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!"
