"Overall, my stay at Tune Hotel was decent, comfortable, and peaceful. The room was satisfactory, and I had a pleasant experience during my stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. I would recommend providing a hair dryer in every room, as this is a basic amenity that many guests may require. It would also be helpful to provide at least two extra pillows per room, particularly for single and family rooms, as additional pillows can make the stay more comfortable. The TV channel selection could also be expanded. It would be great to have more local channels available, including TV Sarawak, allowing guests to stay connected with local news and programmes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it to be comfortable and peaceful. With these small improvements, I believe Tune Hotel could further enhance the comfort and satisfaction of its guests."

"This room was booked by me for my friends — a twin room with two single beds. Upon entering the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the door could not be properly closed, which did not meet basic accommodation standards. In addition, the room was located on the ground floor, making the overall experience very disappointing. Under these circumstances, we had no choice but to pay extra to change to a room on the second floor, which was only acceptable. We are very disappointed with this room arrangement and do not believe such a room should be offered to guests. We hope the hotel will take this matter seriously and provide a reasonable explanation or resolution."
