"5 stars! Absolutely superb, this has been my most satisfying stay recently, definitely deserves a full five-star review! Its location and accessibility are huge bonuses. It's just a 5-minute walk to Jiangpu subway station, and surrounded by shopping malls like Vientiane City and convenience stores. It's incredibly convenient whether you're sightseeing or just getting around daily. Even though it's in a bustling commercial area, the hotel itself is remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by outside noise. The room experience was impeccable, with attention to every detail. There was no strange odor when I opened the door; instead, there was a faint woody scent, which speaks volumes about the ventilation and cleanliness. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding soft and gentle on the skin – lying down instantly relieved all fatigue. The soundproofing was an unexpected delight, ensuring a full night's sleep until morning. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, towels were soft and plush, toiletries were comprehensive, and every corner was spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff meticulously tidied the room daily, thoughtfully replenishing mineral water and tea bags; the care in these details was evident. The service truly exemplifies a five-star standard. The front desk staff provided smiling service throughout, making check-in and check-out swift and efficient. They even proactively recommended local hidden gems for dining and sightseeing routes. When I casually mentioned needing a charging cable, a staff member brought one within minutes – the response time was surprisingly fast. The facilities were also flawless. The breakfast area offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and chefs on-site preparing omelets and Aocao noodles, which tasted far better than expected. The gym was well-equipped and well-maintained; even a quick half-hour workout during my busy schedule felt exceptionally refreshing. From check-in to check-out, there wasn't a single flaw; in fact, everything exceeded my expectations. Whether for family vacations or business trips, this is an excellent choice. I've already recommended this hotel to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!"

"Checked in in a good mood, but upon entering the room, I did my usual hygiene check and found several dirty spots in the bathtub. I promptly reported it to the front desk, who said they'd get back to me. After waiting about 10 minutes without a response, I called again to follow up. They said they could move us to another room on the same floor, further from the elevator in a corner, but we'd have to wait for the bathtub to be cleaned. They didn't tell us how long it would take, so we ended up waiting over 40 minutes (around 9:30 PM) until they finally called to say it was ready. No one came to explain or update us during that time. A young man helped us move our bags and change key cards. In the new room, we found hair on the bathroom floor… I was really speechless. Considering how late it was and wanting to get some rest, we decided not to request another room and didn't call the front desk again, but I was genuinely annoyed. The soundproofing was also quite poor (large gaps under the door), and we could clearly hear conversations from the hallway. Not a great experience overall."

"I bought this hotel package on Ctrip.com, 496 yuan for a king-size bed room with buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. The rooms are clean, and although the facilities are not luxurious, they still meet the five-star standard. The environment is also very comfortable. The temperature has dropped significantly in the past two days, and the hotel is warm as spring. The service is also satisfactory. The lobby receptionist is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help us delay check-out until 2 pm. The buffet dinner is worth praising, with a wide variety of dishes, including steak, lamb chops, seafood, hot pot, drinks, Chinese and Western snacks, vegetables, fruits, Japanese food, coffee, juice, and tea. The overall cost performance is very high. I have recommended it to relatives and friends."
