"We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good. There were a large variety of dishes, and they were replenished quickly. The staff was polite and professional in dealing with the guests. As we didn't want housekeeping services on the second day of our stay, we were pleasantly surprised when a box with all the daily amenities was delivered to our room. It was a well run hotel with thoughtful touches to make the guests feel at home."

"おばあちゃんの家に寄るついでに宿泊致しました。立地に関しては車を持つ方には強くお勧めできます。最近できたKOKO黒部という道の駅が目の前にあるのはもちろん、銭湯やスーパーまで、あらゆるものが近くにあります。 フロントも非常にシンプルで、すぐにチェックインをすることができました。 部屋は普通のビジネスホテルと遜色なく、隣が隣接していない為非常に静かでした。歩くたびに少しだけ部屋が揺れますが、気にならない程度でした。敷地内には自販機も置いてありますし、無料朝食（冷凍食品）もついている為困ることは何もなかったです。また利用したいと思います。"

"Very spacious Japanese style rooms with very good breakfast and dinner buffets (dinner highlight was shabu shabu). Also very good Onsen bath with small outdoor ‘rotenburo’. A little bit of a walk to the tram station but the hotel will arrange a car to ferry you. Overall a very positive impression for a first time Route Inn chain guest."

"Absolute Empfehlung, mein Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und hatte einen wahnsinnig schönen Blick - genauso wie das Outdoor-Onsen. Nachts konnte ich das Fenster aufmachen und mit dem Rauschen des Flusses einschlafen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle zu allen Tages- und Nachtzeiten an, es sind aber bis zur Bahn auch nur 10 Minuten zu Laufen."

"Beautiful hotel (about 7 min walk to the station) and was a great Ryokan experience as the room was traditional and had a breath-taking view. Futons were sufficiently comfortable - but wished there was the whole Ryokan welcome and fanfare. Staff was welcoming but did not speak much English though they had papers of English instructions all ready. There was a free shuttle out of the hotel at fixed timings to the nearest Shinkansen (Unazukionsen Station) Onsen was relaxing and was supplied with good quality products for every aspect of grooming. Lots of vending machines were available, there was a souvenir shop on site though pricey. We just did not enjoy the corridors as it gave out a creepy vibe (due to it being an older establishment), hence, we did not enjoy moving around the hotel). Facilities were beautiful and well preserved. Food as part of the experience was a good and large helping. We opted for the full seafood experience but it had a lot of sashimi or cured seafood which was not to our own liking (we did not really know what we signed up for, really our fault!) Breakfast was a good spread and really hearty. A lot of traditional and local specialties to experience! Overall a great stay! (Shops in the vicinity closes at about 5pm and open at 10am)"

"Hotel is rather old but well kept, location is good walking distance from train station. Came here for one night and it was kinda rush, as we reach rather late. It is a really quiet place, unless going for the train ride nearby, otherwise, nothing much in this area."

"立地がかなり良かったです。トロッコに乗る方なら絶対おすすめです。ホテルから歩いてほんの２〜３分程です。朝食もすごくすごく満足。とても美味しかった。お味噌汁、茶わん蒸しのお出汁がいいのか、味噌がいいのか、特に美味しかった。じゃこおろしもびっくりするくらい甘くて、大根がいいのか。小鉢で準備してくださっていたので取りやすく食べやすかったです。もちろんおかわり頂きました。夕方にサービスしてくださった豚汁も具沢山ですごーく美味しかったです。大浴場の温度は熱めで私は入りにくかったけど、地域性なのかな？泉質はトゥルンとしていてお肌すべすべでした。 建物は古いかもですが、何も不便は無かったです。 ホテルの方もみんな爽やかな対応をしてくださり気持ち良かったです。 朝食、ホテルの手前、お部屋の窓から撮った景色、トロッコからの景色をのせました。 また、あの豚汁をいただきたいな〜。"

"Resepsionis baik dan ramah meskipun tidak terlalu fasih bahasa Inggris. Hotel tua dan hanya bintang 2 jadi jangan berekspektasi banyak. Hanya saja untuk hotel bintang 2 menurut saya sudah cukup baik fasilitasnya. Sekutar 2 km dari stasiun Kurobe"
