"My trip would have been wonderful except for the fact that I accidentally booked it for one day in advance so I asked the front desk what to do and she said to call you guys it happens all the time and I should be able to get my money back and so I canceled it talked to trips.com and they said they would get back to me with the answer. So in the morning I called the front desk and I asked about the cancellation and they said it was definitely canceled they were going to reimburse me but then I get home and I have a message from ships.com saying that they denied it and then when I further talk to them they said no there's a third party involved and they denied it I asked him to try again and tell him the whole scenario and they still denied it so I feel like you guys don't care about your customers and that I will never use your services again because people make mistakes all the time like this like I was told and you should be more understanding just something like this I've called you right away right after I made the cancellation he didn't tell me for a day and a half later after I was already home. So beware unless you are perfect and I don't know any humans that are if you book with them you might not get the help you need when I need."

"Close to the i5, shopping and dining options. It also has nice bicycle paths nearby. Best check-in we had during our 3 week travel throughout the states. Very warm welcome were the rooms were summarized to choose from. Very fresh baked cookies were offered for free. Has a pool, which was rather small, and gym. Excellent breakfast buffet."

"The sauna tub in the kind room we upgrade to was amazing nice treat for sure Charles at the front desk was amazing I would request that the mobile app make the fee more know upfront because there was 100 deposit I didn’t know about because it’s not view able on the mobile app"
