"Detta var vårt första besök i Neptuno.Lägenheten var ren och grundläggande.Det finns inga hissar så inte rekommenderas för dem med rörlighetsfrågor om på första eller andra våningen. Poolområdet var verkligen rent och bra att det inte finns solsängar och kan få dem oavsett tiden.Receptionspersonalen var alltid mycket vänlig och glad att hjälpa. Bara nere vid omen är buller från arbetet som går bakom det vid den stora utvecklingen."

"Det här hotellet var trevligt.Den enda nedre sidan var 37 steg till vårt rum och en gång ersattes inte de 4 kaffebönorna för kaffemaskinen någon gång under de sex dagar vi stannade där. Hotellet ligger lite utanför staden men det har en vacker promanade nära och om du inte har middag ingår i din bokning och du vill äta där kommer det att kosta dig 25 euro per person.Annars var allt bra och det var en vacker vistelse."

"Det här var en försäkringsplats, vi var så upprörda att bli upptagna i ett vandrarhem efter att ha stannat i ett 4-stjärnigt hotell.Men snart ändrade vi oss efter ankomsten. Vandrarhem- ljus, modern i alla områden, hiss och trappa åtkomst, liten kaffe/restaurang, extremt snäll och hjälpsam personal.Sovrum- rymlig, modern med en-suite och toaletter. Plats- hörnbutik och restaurang över vägen, nära den lilla vackra marina med kaféer; kort promenad till den lokala höga gatan.Jag rekommenderar HIGHLY detta vandrarhem."

"The property is new, clean, and functional. The reception staff is truly excellent. Super helpful, ready to help, and friendly. The rooms are all new, and part of the resort is still under construction. We had a suite, so it was very, very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was also excellent. The food was fresh, good, and varied EVERY DAY. A meat or fish BBQ was available every evening. Omelets, French toast, and eggs cooked to order every morning for breakfast. The staff was also always very attentive and helpful, smiling, and kind. Every morning, gardeners and housekeepers cleaned the entire area around the pool, watered the gardens, and took care of everything. The pool was very beautiful and clean, and the towel service was excellent. The rooms were also made up and cleaned every day. Fresh towels were provided every day, and within a week, they even changed our sheets. It was a truly fantastic stay. The only "negative" things (if you really want to find them) were the presence of a few cockroaches in the gardens in the evenings, caused by the numerous plants and palm trees, which were never swept properly or mopped from the floor in the room. I could tell by the hair that remained on the floor. But these are negligible details. Everything else was taken care of and cleaned."

"Nice hotel at the top of an hill. Only 10 min walk down to old town and beach. Food was very nice good selection for breakfast and evening meal. Plenty of sunbeds even thou people still reserved them. Room was a bit dated. No shower screen or curtain around shower so water went every where. But they do provide you with a mop and bucket."

"Had a fantastic stay here in beautiful 2 bed apartment! Check in was perfect, kind and informative. Apartment was exceptional, clean and gorgeous and the drinking water tap was a huge bonus to have in Lanzarote Our family is older , kids ages 17 and 18 and this place was perfect, quality , quite and relaxing. Pool was cold , but they always are and it’s a nice cooling down from the heat! We re not early risers so didn’t get beds by the pool but by the afternoon, we had no problem. And to be honest, I’m NEVER going to do that morning rush for sunbed! The lounge area had beds available and they were perfect for us. The view from there was fab too so we were really happy. Location was perfect, close to bars shops and restaurants, we used the bottom gates directly down onto the strip so Cardiac hill wasn’t a problem for us! People with mobility issues would find it troublesome xx Apartment was clean and had sunbeds on patio anyway, and table and chairs. It was just perfect for us! One of our best places to stay we ve come across, after about 15 years of staying in Lanzarote! Will definitely be back, thank u xx"

"Apartments were brilliant, clean, spacious, adequately equipped for self catering! We had one backing onto a road but this wasn't a problem, not bothered by much road noise! The pool area was out of this world, a little touch of heaven, lovely pool, comfy sun beds and always some available! Staff were really friendly and cocktails and food reasonably priced! The situation of the apartments to the main strip was good, 5 mins walk down hill and you were there! We will definitely look forward to going back again!"

"Jag hade en underbar tid på hotellet.För en 2* hade det allt jag behövde och ville.Söta palmträd och bougainvillea överallt. Det fanns många aktiviteter att välja mellan / registrera sig via Tui App, såsom aqua aerobic, och solsken yoga, och konst och hantverk.De unga instruktörerna var vackra och entusiastiska. Avtensunderhållning lades tillbaka och roligt med quizzer och shower och musik. De uppgraderade mig till ett stort havsutsiktsrum med utsikt över Fuertaventura.Mycket uppskattat.Jag gick själv catering och köket hade all utrustning jag behövde.Inget ugn utan en kombi mikrovåg. Sängen var mycket bekväm.Många lagringsutrymmen och sockor.Bad / strand toalett med. Jag hade buffémiddagen igår kväll och det fanns så mycket val.Mycket bra för 20 euro. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera."

"I very rarely write a bad review however to warn others I feel I need to. On arrival we were met by a really lovely man, Dean, who seems to be mentioned a lot in reviews and rightly so, he is a gentleman. This is honestly about the only positive thing I have to say unfortunately. When we entered our room it appeared clean but straight away I noticed a smell in the bedroom, we were too tired to worry about it then but when we got up later that day it was obvious something wasn't right, it was as if the sheets in the bed had not been changed. The bathroom was also not clean, with long black hairs everywhere. I complained the next morning and was told it would be sorted and that the iron we asked for would be also delivered to the room. When we returned at lunch time, the beds had been changed and the smell was gone, however little attention if any was given to the bathroom, there was still hairs everywhere and it became obvious over our stay that the cleaning is sub par to say the very least. This hotel does not have a bar or restaurant so the only thing they need to keep an eye on is the cleaning, it's the worst I’ve ever come across. Even the iron was dirty, how does anyone leave an iron that has viable grime on the handle for guests to use?? We paid an extra 80 euro for a seaview room with a patio and while the view was worth it that was also not clean, with worn/dirty furniture and fag butts blowing around the place. This would be classed as a budget hotel but that doesn't mean cleanliness is thrown out the window. Honestly do what I wish we did and pay a bit more to stay somewhere that has a bit of pride in itself."

"We booked two nights in this boutique adults only hotel in Macher. Within 10 minutes of checking in we extended this to 4 nights. A lovely welcome from Stephanie who showed us to our room that was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We stayed in suite 7. It’s a large room with a large bathroom and terrace, unfortunately the terrace gets no sun. The pool area is peaceful with loungers and seats alongside an honesty bar. All very comfortable and relaxing. It was a very windy time when we were there so sunbathing wasn’t as good as it could have been but obviously not the hotels issue. The breakfast here is simply beautiful, freshly cooked changing daily and served by a lovely team. The location is good for exploring the island either by car or finding hidden walking paths. We would definitely return to this lovely friendly hotel. It’s worth noting that there is no reception or staff later in the day but the staff check with you at breakfast that all is well and we did not find the lack of staff an issue in any way."
