"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The lobby was bright and modern, creating a positive first impression. My room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The room was well-equipped with amenities, including a microwave, refrigerator, and a large flat-screen TV. I particularly appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was reliable and fast—perfect for catching up on work and staying connected. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, and a selection of pastries. There was also a pancake machine, which was a fun touch! The dining area was clean and spacious, allowing me to enjoy my meal in a relaxed environment. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for travelers using the airport. It’s just a short drive away, and the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is very convenient. I took advantage of this service, and it was prompt and efficient, making my arrival and departure stress-free. Additionally, I had the chance to use the fitness center during my stay. It was well-equipped with modern machines and weights, and it was nice to have that option to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport was highly satisfactory. The combination of friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities made it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay near the airport. I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to Edmonton!"

"I never seen such pleasant front desk since I came aboard. The first male front desk has the nerve to asked me to return the cart in rude tone, when I got water from the front, guy ask me to get it from fitness room. When I returned at night, different person felt so irritated me asking questions. The following day, female front desk act and reply so rude assuming that I checked out after I requested for extension for an hour. I returned some of the keys and she decided to check us all out knowing that my husband is coming to our room to shower before leaving. Requested me to get water to fitness but car was disconnected already. When asked, she felt so irritated after her assumption, felt like wanted to argue and face look so pissed. I think this hotel is really good but u need to find people that are pleasant in looks, pleasant when they speak and pleasant overall. We are supposed to stay all but I just decided to get my 2 daughters to stay instead of 5. Im really pissed every single time I go to the front desk."
