Holiday Inn Club Vacations Oak N' Spruce Resort

"Website clearly states "No Pets" , upon checkin we see several people walking their dogs on the grounds. So much for that policy. I have allergies to dogs and can only hope that a dog was not previously in the unit we rented. Overall clean, but the black mold around the shower head and around the top of the shower in unit 848 was a bit concerning. Was quite surprised when getting hit with a $27.92 charge for "Resort Fees" otherwise known as "Junk Fees" upon check-out. Was not informed of any additional fees upon check-in. Office manager was unmoving on this. This has been reported to the Massachusetts Attorney General."

Econo Lodge Lee - Great Barrington

"This place hasn't had maintenance at all. The bathroom is disappointing; door doesn't close well, walls are dirty and have holes, the bathtub was dirty and stained, the curtain, that apparently used to be white, is now yellow and had a big hole and the toilet seat kept sliding. Old , yellowish and stinky towels. Gave us short supplies, had to ask for more. In conclusion, I don't recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else"

Quality Inn

"The hotel is quite old, the room facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is average. The breakfast is also average, but it's considered relatively good for this small town, especially since we came during peak season and all the rooms were full. After checking in, we found that one bed's bedding wasn't made. The receptionist came several times to get the bedding, and then we had to make the bed ourselves. There's nothing we could do since there's no housekeeping staff on duty at night."

Chambery Inn

"We stayed at the Chambery Inn this weekend. It was beautifully maintained, clean, a great location, easy/contactless check in and check out. We were asked our wine preference and a delicious bottle of red wine was waiting for us. It was also great to see some of the pieces of the schools history maintained and fun reading all the notes left on the chalk boards by previous guests. There was keurig machine in our room and outside in the hallway as well as an espresso machine, both fully stocked with lots of great options! We happened to be there over Memorial Day weekend so had a nice view of the parade sitting right outside of the Inn! We will definitely be back!"

"Vi ser alltid fram emot att stanna här som det är en så underbar plats med fantastiska människor och mat.Elegansen och charmen lyser genom i allt och det är en så vacker upplevelse. Detta var vår tredje vistelse på 18 månader och eftersom vi bor i England, är det testamentet för hur mycket vi älskar att komma och njuta av allt Devonfield måste erbjuda.Vi gillar att bo i Jennifer Petite eftersom det har det mest fantastiska duschrum. En av mina favoritsaker på morgonen är den underbara frukostarromen som lockar dig att resa dig upp och njuta av, som du säkert kommer att njuta av.Tack Doug och Jim för en annan underbar vistelse xx"
