"Ett så coolt hotell med en hel del karaktär.Rummen är enkla men har allt du behöver, inklusive bekväma sängar och fluffiga duvor!På kvällarna satt vi i den vackra loungen som njuter av gratis te/kaffe och lekspel. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och de erbjuder en hel rad "extra-curricular" aktiviteter inklusive en loppklubb, bionatt, tennis och mycket mer.Vid check-out säger efter bergscykel hela dagen kunde vi till och med använda duschutrymmen i Spa innan vi åker hem.Vi kommer säkert tillbaka!"

"Such an amazing hotel and staff EXCEPT for the one lady with red hair and glasses that works at reception/ the restaurant. She has to be one of the rudest people my friend and I have ever encountered. We have never felt so spoken down to. Absolutely disgusting behavior from her. She insinuated multiple times that we did not pay for our food and that we were not allowed to sit in certain areas even if we had reserved a table. Would have given this hotel 5 well deserved stars if she hadn’t treated us like 2 children in a playground. My friend and I really believe this woman would benefit from a self reflection retreat giving her time to think about treating everyone, no matter their age, equally. Other than this set back, we would just like to thank the rest of the staff who treated us with so much kindness and made our stay so exceptional and memorable."
