"Sedan vi kom hit har allt gått på det sätt som det borde ha varit.Vi hade en underbar upplevelse från början till slut! Personalen var otroligt välkomnande (särskilt Eri och Bona de sötaste människor vi någonsin träffat), vänlig och alltid redo att hjälpa, vilket gjorde oss kända rätt hemma. Maten var absolut läckra, med en mängd färska och smakfulla alternativ varje dag (du måste prova havet mat och pasta’s).Strand var fantastiskt, fredlig och perfekt för att koppla av eller ta ett sim. Allt om platsen var spottlöst och vackert underhållet, från rummen till utomhusområdena.Du kan berätta att de verkligen bryr sig om varje detalj.Det var en av de bostäder där allt bara kändes lätt och trevligt. Vi ser redan fram emot att komma tillbaka.Högt rekommenderat för alla som letar efter en avkopplande och högkvalitativ väg!"

"Wonderful place, quiet and relaxing. Room was perfect, pillows are the fluffiest! Air conditioning as it was ridiculously hot. Pool was glorious on those hot days. Lots of space around the pool, but wasn’t lots of people at the time of our holiday. Host Alta and her family were absolutely amazing - they made our stay perfect in every way. Food was delicious, fresh daily and great recommendations. So helpful in every way, the stay was made complete because of her hospitality! Great for animal lovers, not loads of animals but chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, geese, cats and dogs roaming free which we loved. Activities and water sports available as it’s close to the lake, as well as bikes. Overall an amazing time and will definitely recommended if you want peace and quiet, great food and wonderful hosting! Thank you so much to everyone at Rambuje Resort ❤️"

"Bad experience with bedbugs. I strongly advise against the Hotel Triumf. During our stay, we encountered a bedbug infestation in our room. Upon arrival, the room seemed clean, but once night fell, bedbugs began to appear, including on my children's bed. I took a video of the bugs and showed it to the hotel manager, who insisted that they were just mosquitoes and that their presence was due to the fact that we had eaten in the room, which is inaccurate. Despite the clear video evidence of the infestation, the manager refused to accept the situation and remained defensive. After a long discussion, he decided to refund us, but also demanded that we leave the hotel at 1:30 a.m., along with our three children. We were forced to leave in the middle of the night, which was very uncomfortable and stressful. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from management is alarming. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, as it appears unwilling to take responsibility for cleanliness and customer service. As travelers, we need to be aware of these potential issues."

"Hotellet förtjänar inte bra betyg.Jag undrar hur någon som stannade här kan ge sådana höga poäng.Jag besökte hotellet i oktober.Den enda positiva var trevlig utsikt från 6:e våningen och rummet var okej renat. Priserna är som i alla fyra stjärnhotell i Albanien, men servicen är under en stjärna.Maten är hemsk.Jag hade HB med bokning och mat var hemsk. Det finns bara ett alternativ för middag för alla gäster, ta det eller lämna det och det kommer kallt och misstänkt med inga drycker.Frukost med mycket små alternativ ti väljer och inga kaffe eller te. Det luktar i närheten, inte säker på om det är från hotellet eller från närheten, men se till att fönstret stängs. Vi kunde inte få en bra natt sömn eftersom det fanns en grupp skolbarn (ungefär 15-åriga) som festade hela natten som bokades på hotellet och för vilka vi inte fick veta när jag gjorde bokningen. En hund går in i restaurangen hela dagen, det gör att du funderar på hur ren allt är.Den 15 oktober hyrde de parasols för 5 euro"
