Yunxi Holiday Courtyard is strategically located just 3 minutes away from the main road so you won’t have to struggle with your luggage on the cobblestone of Lijiang Ancient Town. The friendly 十三少 and team will help you anyway. Zhongyi Night Market, Zhongyi bus stop (to get to Jade Mountain), Lijiang Tourist bus stop (to get to Tiger Leaping Gorge) are all within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Room is big and clean with a functional 2.5kg washer and dryer, which is completely sufficient for basic daily wash. All toiletries and detergent are provided.

The hotel provided airport pickup service and luggage trolleys both on arrival and departure. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and had no smell of cigarettes. The location is excellent, making it easy to visit various attractions. If we ever come back to Lijiang, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.😊

Room is nice, spacious and clean! 十三少 is a great host as well! Very welcoming and gave us a free upgrade for our room! Not only did he helped us in receiving our parcels and help to store our luggages, he even helped to mail my jacket to my next hotel after I carelessly left it in the room upon checking out. Really had a very pleasant stay here exploring Lijiang! Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Lijiang again!

This is a beautiful, clean and modern hotel within a old building in Lijiang Old Town, very conveniently located near the Hotel Intercontinental, and a short distance from the market. I loved the bathtub in my room a lot. The owners are friendly and there are always snacks and water if you need it.

Location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the ancient town entrance, making it easy to take cabs to other places whenever needed (cars are not allowed inside the ancient town). They help you pick up your luggage at the ancient town entrance so you don’t have to drag it into town. The room was clean and amenities were good, it even had a projector to watch movies. Breakfast included local traditional rice noodles made upon request, which were yummy. What stood out was the service. 十三少 went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, inviting guests over for tea and chatting, as well as giving tips on how to avoid tourist traps, explore the area and stay safe. Definitely recommend!

Location is about 50m into the Ancient City from the main road which taxi cannot get into. Driver contacted hotel owner ahead and he came out with a pushcart to deliver our luggage to the hotel. Place is nice, cosy and quiet. Owner is very helpful & friendly - sent us lots of tourist info via wechat. Room is spacious, cosy and nice with a mini washer/dryer and even a bathtub! Breakfast is simple - mini buffet style with their local produce. Hotel owner was very kind to allow us to check out late as our flight was in the evening. He make sure we got our taxi to airport and even check on us that we did arrive in the airport on time. Really appreciate the kindness and warmth from the hotel owner!! Definitely a place to come back to! Thank you!

Was in inside ancient city, so car cant go in. However, the hotel owner came and pick us up and carry our luggage. Room have bed heating, automatic toilet which was good.

The owner is welcoming and provide good hospitality. He recommended good local restaurants and suggestion for our trip. The stay was pleasant and would highly recommend this place. They provide luggage carrying service from the drop off point to the hotel because of the walking road. Good thing is they are very near the entrance.

We had an incredible stay at this charming hotel in Lijiang Ancient Town. The location is unbeatable — nestled in the south part of the old town, it’s just steps away from the south entrance, local shops, and cultural landmarks such as the Mu Family Mansion. The rooms are equipped with all the modern comforts one could need including a mini washer-dryer combo. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I especially loved the Japanese bidet and jetted hot tub. The staff (Brother 12 is his nickname) went above and beyond to make our stay special. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering personalized recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The complimentary breakfast featured a buffet and freshly cooked Yunan rice noodles. The hotel also has a serene courtyard where you can relax and soak in the unique atmosphere of Lijiang. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Whether you’re visiting Lijiang for the first time or returning, this is the perfect place to stay for an unforgettable experience.

Perfect! Hotel has spacious room with big comfy bed, pillows, blankets. Towels very clean, all things cotton white! Amenities such as washer available in the room, fridge, iron, hairdryer, humidifier, TV. Toilet and bathroom attached even wth bathtub. They provide coffee too and bfast. Water free to drink. Quiet environment and great service. "16th brother" really helpful and nice guy. The owner too. Location is accessible to bus stop to go to snow mountain at South Gate at lijiang ancient town, take bus no. 101 yuan15 per person or Zhongyi market. We really enjoyed our stay there! Super nice hotel, hope to stay when we return one day. Staff are friendly and polite too.

I love the room, with modern amenities despite it's an ancient town area. Location is important to me and I love how it's located right in the heart of the Ancient town where everything closes around midnight with lots of great stores and eateries! Love it and will definitely sty here again my next trip here.

Probably the best B&B I’ve ever stayed in the world. We are currently staying in a 5* hotel in Beijing and my mom said the she likes the guesthouse in Lijiang much more (and I agree). We particularly love the mini washing machine in the room, so functional and convenient. 十三少 is a warm hearted host who will take care and watch out for you. I’ll come back!

Me and friends chose this guest house as our last stay in Lijiang. We just came back from our Shangrila and Yading trip. We fell in love with the place. We should’ve stay for more days here. The room is perfect. They have everything you need. The bathtub, washing machine, comfortable bed even give you breakfast and fruits. The owner is really really nice and very down to earth. One of the brother (big brother) also very funny, will always give you his biggest smile. His laugh is indeed contagious. Even though we only stay for one night, the service is really top notch. They will help with your luggage when you are check in and out. I highly recommend this stay for foreigner like us, because the brothers are really nicest people that I know in Lijiang. They are very genuine and kind. They also run a tea shop next door and grow their own tea! How cool is that! Highly recommend this guest house when you’re staying in Lijiang. The place is close to old town gate. Easy to get didi. Just walk within 5 min to the main road (near Intercontinental hotel). Thank you brothers! I will see you again when I come to Lijiang!
