"The hotel was in a quiet location, the pool was nice. Unfortunately our room was very disappointing. In our first room the AC was not working. Maintenance came to fix it, there was a slight improvement but still not great. Then whilst opening the shower door, the door fell off the wall. This looks like it was because the door had not been maintained. This is not what you would expect in any establishment - let alone a 4* hotel. It also had the potential to be very dangerous, luckily I was strong enough to hold the weight of the door before assistance came. The hotel moved us to a new room and gave us a nice selection of food in our new room which was nice gesture although we would have expected more. The AC in the new room worked well so the room change was welcome. Unfortunately, the fridge in the room was leaking internally so we had to throw away food that we were storing in there as it became damp from an internal leak. One of these occurrences we could probably accept but to have three issues with repairing is not what I expect from Accor. The hotel needs serious maintenance!"

När jag bokade hotellet gjorde jag en särskild begäran om tidig incheckning för 10 dagar sedan, men hotellet svarade inte på några meddelanden, det här är orimlig service. Jag förstår att man ibland inte kan checka in tidigt, men om hotellet sa att jag kunde ordna ett annat hotell, och sist när jag anlände till hotellreceptionen klagade en kvinna i receptionen på att badrumsdörren på rummet var trasig och att toalettdörren inte gick att låsa. Jag insåg att de skulle ge mig samma rum, men de behöll mig efter 3 timmars väntan. 😡😡😡😡😡 Detta kan jag ge en recension för obesvarat svar."

"The facility is located right in town and a very beautiful location. What standout is the great service by the staff. Honorable mention to Hamza at the front desk and the whole team. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at the restaurant are simply amazing. The house keeping team keep the place neat and tidy all the time but they could do with improving the titling at the facility. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the service was excellent. I will do it over again if I have to."

"Söt lilla Riad i hjärtat av den gamla staden Medina.Platsen kan vara förvirrad och kaotisk för första gången i Medina.Bra plats för dem som vet hur de går runt.Snygg lobbyområde och hjälpsam personal. Rummet är lite mörkt, skulle uppskatta mer varm belysning i toaletten särskilt.Toppvåningen har ett litet barområde och dipppool, utan vyer.Bar kan vara bättre och bartender kan vara mer proaktiv. Daytime är vacker och många bra restauranger i närheten."

"How it got to four stars and an 8 rating is a mystery to me. Let' start with the location- it's close to nothing interesting, tucked between unfinished skeletons of reinforced concrete, next to a residential neighborhood. The lobby has seen better times. The room and it's decor is aged, with a single outlet between the bed. The TV is on a side wall. Fridge in the room wasn't working, not like they wanted you to use it, because everywhere was wallpapered about not bringing food to the room. There are deeply engrained black stains in the bathtub. The breakfast was somewhat average- six heated platters, one table with olives, one table with bread and butter, one egg frying station, but seeing the pigeons feeding on the breadcrumbs on the bread cutting board with the apathetic staff just idly looking by is kind of a deal breaker to me. There is a pool on the rooftop, not big enough for swimming, but I suppose you could chill in. There are tables with privacy screens, which would be great for a romantic dinner, if the music wasn't French 90s disco so loud you can't hear your word. Plus the price level was double of the decent restaurants in the city core. I wouldn't stay there again if it was for free. If you are insensitive to filth and they adjust their pricing to half the price of an aged motel, it just could be for you. Otherwise stay elsewhere."

The location is excellent: right inside the medina yet peaceful and relaxing after a day exploring Marrakech. The decor is beautiful and authentic, with elegant Moroccan details and a warm atmosphere. What made our stay unforgettable was the amazing team. Abubakar and Lattifah were always at the riad, smiling and welcoming, and their kindness and thoughtful recommendations made us feel immediately at home. Breakfast on the rooftop was another highlight — fresh, homemade, and delicious, with lovely views over the medina rooftops. We would absolutely return — next time for longer. Highly recommended"

"The hotel is in a great location, and is within 30 minutes' walk of major attractions. The staff was very enthusiastic, whether it was the front desk staff, the lobby staff or the dining room staff. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30, but because we had a flight to catch, we were given breakfast at 7:00. Please note that you need to arrive at the airport three hours in advance. The security check is really too slow. I originally had a round-trip bus ticket (30 local currency round trip, and it took less than ten minutes to walk from the bus to the hotel), but in the end I asked the lobby staff to call a taxi, which cost 100 local currency. The hotel is only a few kilometers away from the airport."

"There were 4 of us and we stayed there for a week in January, excellent location in the heart of Guéliz, near Carré Eden. numerous bus stops, Jemaa el Fna square 5 minutes by bus or half an hour on foot. Very quiet family hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast We highly recommend this hotel"

"The riad is very well located, you are 5mn walk from Jemaa el fna place and the main souks. You can go everywhere by walk. Rooms are clean, confortable and beautfully designed in very specific marroco style. And on top of that, It is managed by so lovely and welcoming people, who cook delicious breakfast and dinner for you. A place to book without hesitation. "
