"Easy to find,parking is free from 6pm until 8am (it's council owned) Only problem was the reception and other rooms doors banging shut as people came through them and this certainly will put me off using this Travelodge again."

"We have used this 'Premier Inn' a few times, as my Husband's brother lives close by so it is very convenient for us to visit. All of the staff are really helpful, welcoming and friendly and It is always clean and well kept. We had a room booked by 'Flexi rate' for two nights mid June. Regrettably, due to a family emergency we found we had to return home after just one night. I went to reception at 9a.m. of the morning we were going to leave and under the terms of paying the 'Flexi rate', the receptionist ensured me that I would receive a full refund for the night I was cancelling, as I had made the aforementioned cancellation before 1.00p.m.. However, I have still not received any re-fund. I have tried several times without success to contact Customer Relations. However, a wonderful lady called Myfanwy Lewis has been remarkable in trying to solve this problem for me. She herself contacted Customers relations but was told I had to speak to them directly, which I am still trying to do. Nevertheless, this lovely lady has contacted me a couple of times to check on my progress with this matter and is still endeavouring to reach a satisfactory conclusion for me. She is a real consummate professional and I do hope 'Premier Inns' realise and recognise her worth. We stay in 'Premier Inns' a lot on our travels, but have never experienced a problem like this before. We have always rated 'Premiers' highly, and because of this most helpful lady, who has gone above and beyond her reception duties to assist us, we rate this one more than anything. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for 'Customer Relations' but well done Myfanwy and thank you so much for your sincere kindness and help."

"Det är en vacker resa och en stor parkeringsplats. Det är tydligt, för det är sent att komma, det är bara en bar-bror som ska hålla sig. Nästa dag frågade jag damen på receptionen hur man ska äta frukost. Båda ledde oss mycket varmt, och talade inte snabbt, och sa mycket tydligt. Det känns bra att höra 😀.Frukost är en vecka som jag kommer till England, och jag har en bekväm middag, men jag har inte tagit med mobiltelefonen till restaurangen.Rummet är gammalt, bra att vara tillräckligt stort, två 1.5 dubbelsäng, badrummet är också stort, det är en röd dragon som inte kan användas, en röd dragon som kan användas."

"We had a lovely one night stay in the King room with En-suite. Owners couldn't do enough for us, very nice people. Helped book a table for us at short notice for the evening. Enjoyed our cooked full English the next morning & the dogs are good as gold Will be back to stay again. All the best."

"Terrible experience, I booked a buffet for a birthday celebration, the buffet food was awful, a few pork pies, scotch eggs and sandwiches, I was really embarrassed, a total rip off for what I paid, an absolute sham, management were very rude and sullen, no interest in customers, bar staff the same, dressed as if they were off the street. Restaurant area was untidy, no toilet roll in toilets, we had full view of the dirty laundry room, really unacceptable, please do not consider booking any function here, management should be ashamed, I can't see this establishment open for much longer, really gone down hill since new management taken over, it's a real shame "
