"Room was spacious with balcony and a small storage room for luggage/clothes next to the bathroom, which was very convenient. Free shuttle available for within 1 ot 2km (can't recall exact). The biggest issue on my trip was the spoilt light near my door entrance and the plug nearby was spoilt too hence there was no lights at that part of the room and too dark to work at the desk with only a small table light. The technician promised to change the next day but no action was taken for the 5 nights I was there. Temperature control wasn't working properly too and no matter how I tried to adjust the temperature upwards, it just didn't go up and room was rather cold."

"They gave us key card for HC room we reserved, but it had not been cleaned and really messed up. I MEAN REALLY MESSED UP! We are elderly and Mom is disabled, so was difficult having to go back down to the lobby with large bags and ask for another room. They then do not have HC room we reserved available without long wait for them to clean room. We really need a room and we have to take none HC room, just to get a room so M9m can rest. Not an easy check in and Mom could not shower as they had no HC room clean and she needs HC shower. Oh well. Bummer."

"An excellent stay if you need to be need LGB. A short 5 min shuttle is included which is lovely. Rooms are spacious and seem modern enough. Clean, comfortable and decent for a short layover stay!"
