"Mycket litet rum men med allt du behöver. Det här var den perfekta vistelsen för en natt på vägen från Spanien till Belgien.Bara vid motorvägen.Billiga och hundar är välkomna. Damen vid receptionen var mycket snäll och trevlig när vi kom. Jag skulle inte välja att ta frukost igen, det var mycket, mycket, grundläggande.Inte riktigt värt det. Jag rekommenderar hotellet."

B&B Hotel Bordeaux Lormont ★★

"We came to bordeux to go to The Weeknd concert and check-in was at 14:00. We had to be at the stadium at 15:00/16:00. We arrive at 14:00 to the hotel and attempted multiple times to pay for the check-in but the machine was no longer working. Contacted someone who works onsight, horrible horrible customer service skills. Told us that the manager will come at 17:00 and we should go and come back at that time. The lady then shouted at me saying to go and come back or cancel my reservation because there was nobody onsight to help. 7 different families were stranded outside in the same situation. Eventually she hung up while I was mid sentence and just stopped answering the phone even when other people tried to call. Told her I was pregnant and I needed the bathroom, she said there's nothing she can do and I should find another toilet to use. Ended up cancelling my reservation and booking at the ACE Hôtel which had much much better hospitality and very close by."
