"We came to bordeux to go to The Weeknd concert and check-in was at 14:00. We had to be at the stadium at 15:00/16:00. We arrive at 14:00 to the hotel and attempted multiple times to pay for the check-in but the machine was no longer working. Contacted someone who works onsight, horrible horrible customer service skills. Told us that the manager will come at 17:00 and we should go and come back at that time. The lady then shouted at me saying to go and come back or cancel my reservation because there was nobody onsight to help. 7 different families were stranded outside in the same situation. Eventually she hung up while I was mid sentence and just stopped answering the phone even when other people tried to call. Told her I was pregnant and I needed the bathroom, she said there's nothing she can do and I should find another toilet to use. Ended up cancelling my reservation and booking at the ACE Hôtel which had much much better hospitality and very close by."

Mycket bra mottagande av personal vid receptionen varje gång.behagligt , leende , fokuserad på de olika krav som krävs och mycket bra relationella cliente.camre alltid ren från ankomsten oavsett om det är sovrum som utrustning. Jag skulle komma tillbaka utan oro. Jag rekommenderar. Tack till alla laget. Mr. goudey Jonathan"

"Fler frukost tillgängliga eftersom "för många kunder finns i hotellet för närvarande"! Ett rum som inte hade gjorts (sängar och toalettkläder användes). Betalning gjordes online när du bokade, och kravet på att betala tillbaka på plats på grund av att vid bokningen skulle det bara ha varit trycket på mitt Visa-kort som skulle ha tagits. I själva verket hade mitt bankkonto varit väl betald. Inga svar på min e-post om ersättning."
