"This is an interesting resort. The location is a fair bit off the main road making it really peaceful. The resort is built on a cliff which means multiple levels of building. The pool was ok but needs a bit of renovation. You can’t swim in the ocean as there are many rocks and hence dangerous. It’s good for couple of nights but personally I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. Like all the resorts in the area everything is pricey and they have a captive audience!"

"Jag stannade på hotellet med min vän.Vi beställde tacos en dag tre olika typer av tacos vi är alla hemska och dyra, jag menar verkligen dåligt. Undvik detta hotell juni juli augusti september för poolen är som att vara i en jacuzzi så varm att när du kommer in i poolen känner du att du kommer att bli svimpad.Även detta är billigt och lägger inte kylskåp på rummet. Badrummet var mycket litet, jag säger att luftkonditioneringen fungerade bra och personalen var snäll.Jag stannar inte här igen.Det är inte bekvämt att köpa en isbryst för att kyla en öl.Detta hotell uppfyller inte Hilton standarder i mitt sinne."

"Room was simple , you pay for what you get. I booked for 5 nights, but had to leave after the 2nd night as they were carrying out construction works, which led to the TV in the room getting dislodged, crashed onto the floor and made it dangerous for me to continue staying there. I tried to explain the situation to the staff, explaining how I didn't feel safe to stay there any longer, and all they could tell me was "Sorry we can't issue a refund". Packed up and left immediately."

"Hade en hård erfarenhet på OYO Hotel Plaza Las Torres i Cabo San Lucas – en brådskande varning för andra resenärer.Vi bokade en vistelse, begärde en enda dags bokningsändring på grund av oförutsedda frågor. När vi anlände, väntade chocken oss – hotellet avgiftade hela avgiften för det nya datumet, och begärde resten utan tydlig kommunikation.Front desk staff, kämpade med engelska och stod på Google Translate, föreslog att man sökte en återbetalning från *******. ****** avslöjade dock hotellets ansvar för avgifter.I den smutsiga värmen, över en timme frustration följdes, med upprepade krav på hjälp träffades tyst tills han insisterade på att använda sovrummet. Misslyckande avgifter, hjälplös personal och vägran att återbetala gör OYO Hotel Plaza Las Torres en erfarenhet jag inte skulle önska på någon resenär. Besides all of this the description says the hotel is close to downtown but once you arrive you note you’re at least a 20 minute walk from the edge of downtown and seems to make you feel uncomfortable with the amount of misinformation and the disinterest to Hjälp mig."

"First of all, don’t let the photos fool you. It’s a small hotel with minimal amenities, located near the beach, but in a rather unattractive area. That said, I didn’t really mind, as long as it was in a safe neighborhood, which it was. Unfortunately, despite what my phone carrier promised (AT&T Prepaid), I had no internet and my phone didn’t work at all. So, while at the hotel with access to Wi-Fi, I had to rely heavily on Google Translate to communicate with the staff. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, but the people working in the kitchen during breakfast didn’t seem to have much patience for guests who couldn’t speak their language. The breakfast itself was very basic: you had to get a coupon from the office, hand it to the kitchen, and they would prepare a pancake, some cut fruit, and offer either orange juice or coffee. If you asked for extra hot water, you had to deal with a bit of an attitude. Maybe the lady was tired or overwhelmed with morning requests, but either way—she wasn’t friendly. And of course, if I wanted to add eggs to my breakfast, I had to pay 30 pezos which is almost $1.5. On the first day, it took 40 minutes for my breakfast to arrive after I ordered it. After I complained, service was quicker on the following days. In general, Cabo is an expensive city. Prices are comparable to Los Angeles. And unless you do your research in advance, you might get ripped off. Many of the online reviews for hotels, restaurant and services are misleading or fake. A common trick is to offer you a promotion (you see their sign everywhere and everyone is selling it) in exchange for attending a 90-minute timeshare presentation—and then they pressure you to leave a 5-star review. This hotel was okay at best, but definitely not worth $125 per night. The pool was tiny, located in the middle of the courtyard. There was hot water in the shower, but not even a blow dryer in the room."
