"Utmärkt värde för pengar.Bokade en standard dubbel och vi fick en komplimentär uppgradering till ett rum med vacker utsikt över hamnen och gratis minibar (vatten, öl, mjuka drycker och snacks). Rummet var rymligt och smakfullt inredda med kylskåp, kedel, te kaffe.Personalen var mycket vänlig, vi kom sent och fick glas fizz på check som var en trevlig touch. Hotellet var ganska tyst i slutet av september så mycket utrymme runt poolen.Balisängarna var bra och alltid tillgängliga, hotellet erbjuder poolhanddukar.Mat och dryck rimligen prissatt för hotellet, pizzan var utmärkt. Frukost var bra, ägg lagade färska för beställning.Aldrig behövde vänta på ett bord.Underhållning på olika nätter.Busstoppar är utanför hotellet även om vi inte använde kollektivtrafik eftersom vi bara stannade några dagar men såg lätt ut att komma åt andra resorter. Sitt på toppen av en liten hål, så syn, men det finns steg ner till hamnen.Allt i allt skulle rekommendera för det pris som betalats."

"Det enda rummet har balkong och det är bra i huvudbyggnaden.Tjänsten är mycket intim, men den sista kvällen av boendet har inte satt upp samma typ av rum, så jag måste byta rum och det resulterar i att jag bytte till den bifogade byggnaden.Det här rummet är verkligen dåligt.Det kommer att vara en maskin för klockan åtta på natten. Jag har inte stannat sedan jag flyttade hit klockan elva på morgonen, och jag hörde det som om jag var i samma rum.Video, du kan lyssna på det, alla kan boka byggnaden."

"Booked a “Sea and Port View” room, but what I got was a view of concrete buildings with a tiny sliver of water barely visible. Felt completely misled. For €143, I expected better, but the hotel refused to acknowledge the issue or offer any compensation. False advertising and dismissive service—won’t be coming back. Majorca has far better options. Avoid this place if you value honesty and transparency."

"En så stor resort.De enskilda bungalows är fantastiska.Vår hushållare Anita höll vår boende ospäcklig och inget var för mycket problem.Babe behöver erkänna sin service.Då fanns det pappa int restaurangen vov att mannen är en legend. Så vänlig och tänksam när vi tyvärr kom lite sent till frukost en morgon förväntades inget av oss, men han var så vänlig och tänksam.Och inte glömma Natalia och Theresa på receptionen.Så kunskapsfull. Strandn är fantastisk och sångarna var fantastiska.Det här är en plats för familjer med unga barn som jag aldrig har sett så många killar parkerade utanför restaurangen.Maten var fantastisk. Enkelt bedömbar köpa bussar och reception kommer att ge dig busstidtabeller om du vill ta en buss till en nära stad.Flera gånger var vi tvungna att gå upp till restaurangen för att vänta över 15 minuter på en shuttle buss.Det är okej om du inte bär halsband. Lämna hjälmar hemma.Från var vi var i bungalow 073 poolen och stranden var bara minuter bort.Receptionen var mycket längre men vattenkällorna var rika.Lady i butiken var lite dum"

"Incredible hotel! We have not long arrived back to the UK from this hotel and we were gutted to leave! From reading reviews before we left I was a bit concerned about arriving but I found it complete opposite. The hotel is lovely and big spacious welcoming reception on arrival. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the bungalows and upon arrival the air on was leaking we mentioned it to reception who apologised and fixed it straight away. The food we thought was fantastic. All inclusive places can be a big hit or miss with food but this hotel we found a hit. Fresh food, always had warm/hot meals, never once was cold like it had been sat ages. And tasted lovely! The restaurant was big and spacious always tables available. And the waiting staff were friendly and welcoming too. Good variety of foods to choose from, zero complaints. Also a great variety of tasty puddings! The bungalow was fab with being ground floor with a little terrace outside, great for the pram in and out. Also loved the little walkway outside the bungalows with nice plants and lights. Bungalow had a kettle, tea/coffee facilities which I didn’t realise and had packed a travel kettle, also had a fridge with a big bottle of water waiting inside nice and cold. The bungalow was spacious for myself partner and baby. Bathroom also very spacious, no complaints, clean and just a good room to get heads down for the evening. The entertainment team here are just amazing! Non stop activities during the day, and the evening entertainment was good to. Have to be early to get seats we found but we were happy to sit on the sun beds and watch from there. Also thought it was great they have a little rental place to rent baby floats/ pool noodles/ games etc, just leave a deposit and get it back on return before it shuts at 1pm or 7pm. Drinks and snack bar were good, staff friendly and welcoming. Pools were awesome plenty room, children’s pool was shallow and fab with the little splash park also. Pools were clean and fresh with showers dotted around them. Also thought it was good to have 2 sets of toilets by the pools as well. We didn’t have any issues with language barriers we found the hotel to be extremely welcoming, friendly and always there to help if needed any help was required. Overall we had an amazing 5 night stay we got a taxi to Porto Christo one day as we missed the free shuttle bus but was only around €6-7 for the journey. Porto cristo is worth a visit for sure with a beautiful beach/ harbour and daytime market (not sure of this is on daily or just happened to be there they say we went). Hotel just by Dino land and hams caves aswel. Iv never been back to the same hotel before but I would 100% return to this one, from start to finish we didn’t have one complaint or niggle it was just incredible. Hotel is around 45 minutes from the airport as well so that was another bonus as when booking the holiday company I booked with said it was around 1 ho"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palia Maria Eugenia and would definitely recommend it! The staff were amazing - always smiling, incredibly friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. They really made our holiday even more enjoyable. There was plenty of entertainment throughout the day, making it a great hotel for families, while the Premium area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options at every meal. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay here again!"
