"The location of the hotel is certainly convenient, as it is very close to the caves — around a five-minute walk. However, it is worth noting that the caves have a free car park, so staying at this hotel is not necessarily essential if your main purpose is to visit them. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel only has two lifts, both of which are quite slow. More importantly, our room key failed to open the door four times, both on the day we checked in and again after breakfast the following morning. In the end, reception had to send a maintenance worker to reset the lock. This wasted a lot of time and affected our mood, especially in the hot weather. What was even more disappointing was that the hotel did not offer any proper apology or gesture of goodwill, not even something small such as a bottle of Coke, although we did not ask for any compensation. The breakfast was also rather average, and the fruit did not seem fresh. Overall, if you can find a room here for under €80, it may be acceptable for a short stay. Otherwise, I do not think it is worth the price."

"A party of four of us have just returned from a week at this beautiful hotel. We booked a superior room and were all inclusive, which was definitely worth the small extra charge. The room was clean and spacious, with some nice extra touches, bathrobes, tea/ coffee and a refrigerator, our room had two balconies, both had stunning views. The staff were attentive and friendly, a ‘special mention ‘ for Jose, the barman, and the lovely ladies in the dining room who looked after us during our stay. The food was excellent quality, and abundant in quantity, a varied selection every mealtime, so much to choose from. Located just on the beach and within walking distance of the busier resorts of Sa Coma, Cala Millor and Calla Bona. We have visited S’Illot eight times so far, and have stayed in other hotels at this resort. Club S’illot wins hands down with us, we will definitely return. Thank you to all of the staff that made our stay so enjoyable. As holiday accommodation providers ourselves, we appreciate the effort made by all."

Rafa Nadal Academy Residence in Mallorca
"My wife and I are very disappointed at Rafa Nadal’s summer camp. We took our 8 year old son for 1 week non boarding and experienced the following to name a few: - on the last day when they had the field trip my son got lost from his group and he was left behind. He asked other monitors for help but instead they took him to a room to watch TV with all the other kids that were sick resulting in my son getting sick 3 days later. I wonder what controls they have so that the kids don’t get lost? - when I arrived and asked what had happened they started coming with different excuses: first they said my wife had sent an email asking that my son doesn’t go on the field trip (I’m still waiting to see a copy of such an email which is a lie), then they said that my son had said he wasn’t feeling well which I asked my son and he never said so, then they told me it was my responsibility to take him to the meeting point at the time of the field trip which is also incorrect, etc. - communication was extremely poor. The schedule I was provided had the wrong pick up times and everyone had a different answer. - It was impossible to get times that were correct which resulted in wrong pickup times and my child left waiting. - the kids spend 10 hours a day and no one tells them to reapply sunscreen. My son came home sunburnt the second day. His bag with his swimsuit and change of clothes somehow got lost and although he asked for help to find it, no one helped him to locate his bag and ended up swimming in the pool in his tennis clothes, no goggles, no sunscreen and no towel. I picked him up at the end of the day soaking wet. In summery, I expected the academy to be professional but instead they’re a bunch of young kids running this camp. This place is the the epitome of incompetence. Lastly, although they know of my grievances they did not bother to call to see how my son is doing. These things were noticed by me because my son was a day camper. If my child was boarding I may never find out about these occurrences. "

"Allt var mer än bra, men jag saknade att köket inte var öppet från 15:30, så man kan inte äta middag och måste gå till en restaurang i Portocristo, vilket är obekvämt om man är där i jobbet. Men annars rekommenderas det till 100 %."

"Me and my family visited, it was so good, we was visiting right at the end of the year, we left the day of the hotel shutting for the winter so we did have to swap rooms half way through the week but that was fine, overall a great Holliday thank you!!"

"Underbara semester.Vi älskade den mängd olika aktiviteter för barn och föräldrar.Familjezonen (toddlers lekområde) är verkligen hjälpsam.Maten är smakfull (även kakor).Vinet kan vara bättre. Animationsteamet är fantastiskt (det bästa av det vi har upplevt hittills).Tips: - Fråga om rum med havsutsikt, det är verkligen värt det! Fråga avsnitt W (de mest fantastiska vyerna, tysta men inte långt från något), eller avsnitt S (nära poolerna och baren, mer buller) eller E (mycket tysta, lite långt från allt, men nära huvudrestaurangen). - Fråga om Mojito utan klubbsoda (dens väg för söt), men spotta vatten istället.-Ha lunch på snackbaren på Plaza: mindre människor, vackra utanför sitter och slår 3x restaurang en dag. - Försök den professionella fotoshoot som erbjuds på hotellets territorium.Bilderna är mycket trevliga (men lite dyra- 11 euro per foto)"

"Utmärkt hotell! Det erbjöd allt du behöver för en trevlig semester. Rum är utmärkta, bara dubbelsäng kan vara bättre eftersom de ständigt skiljer sig från varandra och du faller från mattan. Maten är fenomenal (om man gillar Medelhavsköket, men det fanns ett riktigt varierat erbjudande). Barerna är utmärkta, och barmästaren är glada och leende. Cocktails är också utmärkta. Varje dag efter middagen fanns det en öppen luftscen där man kunde njuta av cocktails och en show (livmusik eller dansshow)"

"Min son gjorde en veckas sommarläger på Rafa Nadal Academy.Bokade i sista minuten.Han var lite orolig för några av recensionerna men vistelsen var stor.Söt rent lägenhet.Verkligen vänlig personal som var extremt hjälpsam och mycket uppmärksam. Vår sänkning var lite blockerad när vi anlände först och den sorterades omedelbart.Söt liten bar/kaffe för mat och dryck.Även en stor pool med en riktigt avslappnad vibe.Jag skulle definitivt stanna igen."

"Vacker ram för dessa lägenheter med restaurang i närheten (ideal för trötthets kvällar!) lågt vandrande pool, gratis parkering och långt från tumulten av stora strukturer. Alla små tips: Om du är 4 personer, tänk på att ta med små doser av expresso stil Starbucks kaffe till morgonen!
