"My rating: 7/10 Overall, I would rate this hotel 7 out of 10. There were many things I really liked, but there are also a few areas that could be improved. The first thing that impressed me was the lobby. It looks modern, stylish, and very welcoming. The seating area near the bar is beautiful, with comfortable sofas where you can relax or wait if you have a train to catch. The dining area is also lovely, with a modern and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It was served as a buffet with a great variety of food. There were crispy potatoes, scrambled eggs and fried eggs, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, sausages, bacon, fresh vegetables, different juices, and a coffee machine with several coffee options. There were also cereals with yogurt, jams, chocolate pastries, Nutella, toast, sliced cheese, and a selection of cold meats. There was plenty of choice, and everything was very enjoyable. The lift was also very impressive. It looked elegant, modern, and gave the hotel a luxurious feel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The white bed linen looked fresh, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, so we slept well. The bathroom was modern, spacious, and very practical. We also appreciated having tea, coffee, sugar, cream, and a kettle in the room. However, there were a few things that could be improved. We travelled as a family of three, and there wasn't enough storage space for our clothes. A proper wardrobe with shelves would make a big difference. Only I could unpack my things, while my children had to keep theirs in their backpacks. Another issue was that the window could not be opened. Without the air conditioning running, the room felt stuffy. The kettle also didn't switch off automatically after boiling, so it should definitely be checked or replaced. If I could suggest improvements, I would add a small coffee machine, such as a Dolce Gusto or similar, with enough coffee pods for the number of guests and the length of their stay. I think many people would really appreciate that. It would also be helpful to have a separate entrance or easier access for wheelchair users, as the revolving entrance door may not be convenient for everyone. In addition, a secure place to store bicycles would be a great feature for guests travelling by bike. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a beautiful design, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, and a lovely atmosphere. With a few improvements, it could easily become an even better place to stay."

"Ingen parkering på denna anläggning och ingen avlägsnande tillgänglig vid tidpunkter då deras underhåll och leveransvagnar kan ta upp den lilla utrymmet i frontgolvet.De ger dig en rabattkupong på närliggande offentliga bilparker. Rummen är rena, men dekorationen är ett plåster jobb överallt.Ljudet från tramsen är hemskt och över natten eftersom fönster inte är ljudtåliga.I vårt rum var värmen oordning och oljefyllda radiatorer sattes upp istället. Televisionssettings har antingen möjlighet att ansluta till TV-kanaler eller att ansluta till telefonen: dålig luft förhindrade att titta på de flesta kanaler och TV endast ansluten till personalens androider och inte till våra iPhones. Det fanns inga alternativ för appar som youtube eller netflix och barn måste underhålla sig på sin tablett.Svømning är storleken på en privat i ett bostadshus.Personalen är höjd över och frukost är långt borta och tillfredsställande. Den majestätiska hallen från deras foton var ingenstans att se.Går igen om inga andra alternativ finns tillgängliga vid den tidpunkten."

"Was surprised a room was available at a decent price just days before our concert at the COOP Live. But that's because it hadn't officially opened yet! It was so new it didn't have any signs! We were lucky to be among the first to stay here and everything about it was shiny and new. The reception was immaculate down to hoover lines on the velvet sofas and the gorgeous fragrance released through the area. The staff were so amazingly friendly. They were down to earth and chatty - and in very cool uniforms. I noticed they had self check-in screens too which I know people will appreciate. The whole hotel was so stylish, fitting for its location between the Man City uber stadium and the music venue. The room was small, comfortable and had an amazing view of the arena. We could watch the queue from the window. Bathroom was very chic with high end shampoo, shower gel AND conditioner. We found the Three Rivers bar on the first floor after the concert (the two minute walk back from the arena was a blessing for sore feet) and it was stunning. One side overlooks the soon to be finished square which will be home to more restaurants and bars and is attached to the Etihad stadium. The staff were so nice - told us all about what was to come and that they expect the bar to be packed before every concert and football match. I absolutely don't doubt it. The staff were just outstanding. Even before arriving I had emailed about parking. They sorted an email link to book and on arrival we had a lovely handwritten note in the room from Millie who had been answering our emails back and forward. Felt so welcome here and hope that we can come back - but I think it's going to be hard to get a booking if everyone catches on to what a gem this place is."

"Bed hade sovit i, svarta hår på badrummets golv och en halv toalettrull.Vi var tvungna att lämna och sova inte där jag har astma och jag skulle inte ha kunnat hantera det.Det var absolut förfärligt. Trädet var också flintigt och ljust flickande i badrummet."
