The hotel itself is great value for money and had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay including a balcony overlooking the windy streets below. "Avoid this place at all costs!!! The place may be in a good area but the place is absolutely disgusting!!!! We found the mattress reversed to hide the horror of pee and blood stained all over the mattress. We refused to stay here and the put us up in a different place called SL Hostal but it was at the top floor of what appeared to be a renovation in progress. The high voltage electrical panel was exposed and the place acted like a sound cave or tunnel hearing anyone else in the place. As all others were booked and they refused to answer as to a refund, we were forced to stay here. Please, do not stay here at all! We have traveled the word and this honestly was a horrible experience."

"The most wonderful place we have stayed many many times with all our family and recommended to many friends. Berta and her team are incredible. I do have a negative though as my son and his girlfriend stayed last year and it was disappointing to hear that the clientele at Paco has declined. Very noisy and disrespectful to other people and security didn’t do anything after being asked several times. You do expect some noise it’s a budget accommodation but so clean location amazing and do hope they can keep their high valued customers returning"
