"Beware - Shower produces scalding, burning hot water. The hotel cannot supply water to the showers constantly at the correct temperature. Suddenly the water goes very hot, all by itself, for a few seconds. Because of this, it is impossible to have a relaxed shower. I was told by the staff that the "hotel is trying to fix the issue" but this might simply mean the hotel needs to spend money on modernising the water temperature controls The fittings in my room were also outdated, and the telephone didn't seem to work Apart from this the hotel is OK. The breakfast is pretty decent"

"I arrived a couple of hours before check in time, but was allowed to check in early and also the friendly receptionist upgraded me to a better room. So first impression was good. The room was very spacious with a view over the city. Breakfast was excellent, I particularly enjoyed the good selection of fresh fruit. Location is a short walk to the bus and train stations and also close to historic centre."

The apartment itself is in a 19th century building, retro. The rooms inside have been modernized and very comfortable. The furniture is pure solid wood and has no smell; the air conditioning and bathroom are international brands; the mattress is particularly comfortable and sleeps very well. The structure of one bedroom and one living room, with a kitchen, and a public free washing machine, is much more comprehensive than the general hotel facilities."

"We had a good stay overall. The apartment was clean, the rooms were spacious, and everything was well organized. Communication via chat was sometimes a bit slow, but the host responded quite quickly to SMS messages, which we appreciated. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. Since this is a ski resort, it would be very helpful to have a dedicated room or space for storing ski equipment and drying ski boots and clothes. Unfortunately, this was not available. Also, from time to time, there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the bedroom, and we had to ventilate the room to get rid of it. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine, and we appreciated the comfortable space."

"This hotel is very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The shower floor is a bit slippery so be careful. The AC worked good and was set at 22C. You can buy soft drinks and beer and wine at the front desk. The staff was very friendly! They have private parking with some covered parking spaces. Hotel has an elevator. The breakfast buffet was very good and well stocked with a variety of items. The carpet was a bit older in the rooms but was very clean. All in all a great place to stay in Maribor!! Would be glad to stay here again anytime. It is also close to The Q restaurant two blocks away which was very good."
