Antonio Massa Lubrense

"I spent 4 nights at Antonio Massa Lubrense with my daughter in May. Having had a busy, jam packed day in Naples it was lovely to arrive at Antonio with it's beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and lemon groves stretching as far as the eye could see, the place was very charming. Our room was called Cielo and was situated at the top of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we had the added bonus of a living area with tv, fridge and 2 additional single beds which also served as sofas. The bathroom was clean and the terrace was large and had stunning views over the gulf of Naples. The whole area was spacious and very comfortable. Giuseppe the manager was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He met us at the Port and also took us to the railway station and a local beach club when we needed to get around. He also drove us into Sorrento which is around a 20 min drive dependent on traffic, but as we became more familiar with the area we used the local bus service, which was just a short walk from the hotel. The area around Antonio is quite hilly but I wouldn't let that put you off staying here, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Giuseppe!"

"- Panoramaterrass (matterrass) med fantastisk utsikt - Capri och Vesuv - utan denna skulle det ha varit ännu mindre - frukost - ja, snarare av den billigare typen. Inga ägg i början (senare än så), Relativt lågt urval / mycket i plast; en av de två frukostdammar var mycket vänlig och ansträngd, den andra var mer på rökning än att arbeta - rum - relativt gammal, men rymlig och ren. Rumsservice bara var tredje dag (Management -＞ Holiday Home - not a Hotel); listad som hotell på Tripadvisor; inkl. Bad var många små örhängen, inte mycket störande men inte heller vacker - rumsservice efter 3 dagar var bara att göra sängar och nya handdukar - ingen rengöring av bad ... - Andra service - inte finns. Så inget annat än frukost. - Älskling pool - en medelstor katastrof. Grönt vatten, ovårdat, smutsigt. Pool terrass fördärvad. Glas kvar på poolkanten. Vattenkvalitet var så dålig att vi inte använde poolen. Whirlpool var täckt och tom. Hela det verkar som om poolen och yttre utrymmet inte har rengjorts i veckor. - Dörrlåsningssystem, rumsnycklar etc, så gammal som originalbyggnaden från 1600-talet; opraktisk och svår. - Läge - lugn. Något för lugn. - Det är inte lämpligt utan bil."
