The apartment was spacious. A little bit old especially the carpet. But the housekeeping was good everyday someone came up to tidy up.Both bedrooms were big. We stayed in a two bedroom apt. The Location was very good as it was close to all shops and restaurants. Was a pleasant stay 😊

Very convenient location in the city center. All on walking distance. Close to supermarkets like Coles and Woolworth.

Nice apartment for 2 pax. The layout is a bit odd as it’s a “circular” shape with the kitchenette in the middle, so the bed is quite far from the bathroom but it’s very spacious. The light switches need a bit of figuring out, esp the bedroom one was hidden behind the curtain lol. There’s only one AC in the living room but the weather was cold when we visited so it’s okay. Location was good with many restaurants nearby and walking distance to the trams. Supermarkets are a bit further, takes about 10-15mins. Nevertheless, quite central and convenient. The reception was also friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the sink drainage and it was resolved the next day. However, housekeeping could be more thorough and attentive. When we checked in, the kitchen bin wasn’t cleared and mugs had coffee stains. The floors weren’t vacuumed daily, table wasn’t wiped and we also had missing towels on one day. They didn’t provide us floor towels at all which I only realised when I went to the reception to collect the missing towels. Soap/amenities weren’t replenished promptly. Maybe we were expecting too much for daily cleaning but if so could have let us know. The kitchen was useful but some items like the frying ladle, chopping board need replacement. Would be good if dishwashing liquid could be provided, we had to buy our own. Very happy with the hot water throughout our stay as we are not used to the cold. Overall still a pleasant stay and enjoyed our trip in Melbourne! If the improvements to housekeeping and amenities could be made, this place would definitely be 5 stars.

Service here is great. There is car parking coupon from the hotel if you park at Wilson Parking at 300 La Trobe Street, though it is approximately 5 mins away. There is also complimentary laundry which is great.

We took the 2 bedrooms with balcony. 1st room we were given had very dirty balcony so we went down to the reception to request for a change of room maybe even no balcony was ok. The lady at the front desk was very kind and brought us to see a few rooms with balcony for us to take our pick so we ended up with a nicer one and love it.

In general nice but laundry machine was broken or occupied. I would stay again if I give up this part.

Good location with major malls and great restaurants around within walking distance. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious but the layout was abit weird with toilet right at the entrance then a long kitchen aisle before coming into the living room and bedroom in a corner. Cleanliness can be improved but overall happy with the stay!

It’s really clean and have all necessities there. Staff are friendly and nice. The location is very convenient and it’s in the CBD.

Perfect location at Melbroune CBD. Many good restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Spacious rooms for family stays.

The room was spacious but the cleanliness could be improved. There were visible stains on the carpet and some surfaces were dusty. The housekeeping also forgot to clear the bins, replace the towels, vacuum (there was hair on the bathroom floors) or wipe the surfaces from time to time. The washers and dryers were limited in quantity and a little worn out as well. They should install a washer and a dryer in each apartment. Nonetheless still a good location and decent value.

Spacious room with good amenities, kitchen well equipped, suitable for a group of friends and big family. Money worth

Centrally located. The staff are very considerate. We arrived on a morning plane and got tired children. Though check in time was 2pm, they tried to arrange us to get into a room around 11:30am. Some washing machines were not working properly though. But overall a good stay!

Not my first time staying here. Love the Asian food choices within 2mins walk and a number of supermarkets all within walking distance.

An excellent and well located apartment. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. Great price too!
