However, I don't find the price-performance ratio appealing. For this price, you can get better service (especially from the staff) in Miraflores. The restaurant manager at breakfast should set an example of friendliness for his employees, as should the colleagues at reception. My problem was resolved quickly, but not very professionally or customer-oriented. It's not a big deal for me, as I come from the luxury hotel industry myself and naturally offer a different level of service. Friendliness and professionalism should be a given in this line of work. The room, amenities, and location were all fine."

"Amazing location in Miraflores - easy walks to beautiful parks, the ocean, and wonderful restaurants. The hotel is beautiful with a peaceful backyard with the most fragrant and beautiful flowers I have ever seen. They serve a delicious breakfast and have wine and coffee available anytime you desire. Service is top notch. The rooms are also beautiful - with very luxurious bathrooms!"
