"Söt hotell i en stor läge, personal arbetar verkligen hårt för att hålla platsen ren.  Min enda klagomål skulle vara att betala hotellgäster för Sun Lounges på stranden som hanteras av hotellet, vilket innebär att de flesta dagarna inte fanns tillgängliga runt poolen.Gäst skulle boka sängar från 8am för att säkra en plats runt poolen,  Maten var bra på hotellet med ett antal alternativ"

"We have come back from 10 days as a family of 5, with three children aged 11, 14 and 15 To clear up any misunderstanding about use of the Sheraton Pool and hotel facilities. As a Jet 2 booking, we had full access to the Sheraton hotel facilities, including use of the outdoor pool and sunloungers on the beach. We had key card access that allowed us in the beach gates and we could use the pool.towels, sunbeds throughout our stay. We believe that if you book independently through the hotel directly or other tour operators this is not the case and you cannot use the pool. Please bear that in mind when booking. It clearly states on the Jet2 site you can use the pool but that's only if you book through Jet2. If you book the apartments directly you do.not get use of the Sheraton or the pool. It also isn't clear that in the 2 bed apartments you get an ensuite in both bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival to find two bathrooms with double sinks, shower, bath and toilet in each bedroom. Very helpful with teenagers! There was also a third separate toilet. We had two children in one bedroom and the third was set up on a double sofa bed in the lounge, which was perfect for us. Kitchen is small. Two hobs, no oven, there is a microwave and fridge (but no freezer) A kettle is provided and a Nespresso machine and pods are provided and topped up daily Cleaner is great. Towels replaced daily and bed linen changed every few days. Location is fabulous. A few steps to the beach a nd a few steps to the pool, best of both worlds. It is relatively quiet with a few restaurants scattered around. We ate out every night and always found somewhere to go. Dubrovnik worth a visit /, we took the ferry from the harbour takes about 30 mins. Would highly recommend these apartments, so much more space than a hotel room and great facilities."

"I have just returned from a wonderful weekend in Croatia and my stay at Villa Mirjana helped made the experience wonderful. Now, first impressions wasn't what I was expecting. We got a cab from the Dubrovnik airport (don't make the same mistake as me and get a cab from inside the airport. We were charged 40 Euro and we found out an Uber is 15 Euro) and were greeted with a construction site next door, where they seem to be building a new hotel/villa. We were then met by the owners mum, who was an elderly lady who had trouble communicating (she was very sweet). We arrived at midday, 4 hours too early, so we were hoping to drop our bags and go out to enjoy the beautiful weather. Luckily the room was ready and they gave us the keys, very nice of them! There are a lot of steps from the entrance to all the rooms, so not ideal for anyone that struggles with stairs. The room, well, what can I say, it was lovely. Slightly old fashioned, but it had everything you need to make your stay comfortable and was very clean. We also had a lovely private terrace, where we enjoyed a few late evenings enjoying the view with a glass of wine. The pool, we enjoyed an hour in the pool and it is great. Its only a small pool, but the view looking over the Mlini coast is breath taking. The pool is located outside two rooms, so I'm not sure if this would cause an inconvenience for those rooms. Location, the villa is about 15-20 minutes outside of Dubrovnik. You can either use Uber, which costs between 10-15 Euro, depending on how busy it is, or you can grab a bus from the top of the hill for 5 Euro. The busses seem to run every 30-45 minutes and we managed to use them easily enough. Mlini itself is absolutely beautiful! There are several beach locations that can utilised. Some that are surrounded by restaurants and bars and some that relatively private. The beaches are not sand, but stones, so i would suggest bringing some footwear that can be worn to access the sea. There are a number of restaurants, id say 5-6, that are close to the villa. We used 3 of them for breakfast and dinner. The food is lovely and plentiful, but the prices are not cheap. A breakfast will cost between 15-25 Euros. A dinner will cost 80-100 Euro. Overall, a lovely villa, lovely location, lovely beaches, lovely restaurants, just lovely and we will be returning!"

"Lägenheter Villa Enzian komfort.Den är av utmärkt kvalitet 5******.Den är oerhört ren.Maria var mycket hjälpsam och informativ för alla våra krav. På en dag med en hög temperatur på 34C uppskattades det att få fantastisk uppmärksamhet, en kall vit vin och kall dryck i kylen vid ankomsten. Boendet för fyra individer var exceptionella, med två sviter och ett tredje badrum beläget i hallen. På natten var luftkonditioneringen i sovrumen tyst och livsbesparande när den sattes i tyst läge, medan den också var tyst under dagsljustimmar.Bäddarna är både rena och bekväma. Vardagsrummet är rymligt och rymligt, och patiodörrarna tillåter tillgång till en fantastisk havsutsikt med utsikt över stranden.Sipping vin på verandan på natten och tittar på solen var något vi hade mycket njutit av. Köket är av hög standard med alla verktyg du behöver.Patiodörrarna är också öppna på verandan. Jag hade föredragit en tvättmaskin istället för en tvättmaskin när jag stannade över sju nätter, men det var inget behov eftersom handdukar ändrades under vår vistelse. Villan är upphöjd på en kulle, liksom de flesta villor i Kroatien, för att dra nytta av havsutsikterna.Även om stegen till Kroatiens stränder är utmanande, är de värda ansträngningen. Bakeriet och bekvämlighetsbutiken är lättillgängliga genom promenader, och det finns en säker trafikljus som passerar till stranden över vägen.Bussservicen till Dubrovnik är 10 eller 16 för 3 euro och tar ca 15 minuter. Vi njöt av vår vistelse på Apartments Villa Enzian komfort"
